I suppose I could keep my account open and just play occasionally, but to be honest, that's what I've been doing ever since November of last year (when WoW came out). I suppose even if I do let my account lapse on May 4 I could come back and play again someday. But overall I just feel like I need to step back and let go of it for a while. I can't just sit in the pretty chat room and socialize, I have to get involved. I have to ask why. I have to fight and raise hell for a group of classes that I think has been screwed, and screwed rudely. And honestly I'm just tired.
I just finished my master's thesis and I'll be graduating in June. I would have plenty of time to commit to being the dancer correspondent, if I was still interested in fighting and raising hell. But right now I just feel too tired, and I'm finding the other games that I play, whether WoW and CoH or Sims2 and Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath too much fun.

I've got plenty of other games to play: Battlefront, KOTOR II, EQ2, and X-Wing Alliance to name a few. I'll stick out the CU for a few weeks after release to see how badly my primary server toon got nerfed.
As for my entertainer, well, keeping entertainer skills is still up in the air as of now. Considering how rude people are to my entertainer now, I can only imagine how bad it will be after the CURB. If I stick it out, I may end up dropping musician and dancer for other skills or turn my toon into a bounty hunter. Beware of the mandoviol toting bounty hunter, hearing "Dueling Banjos" means you're dead as fried chicken.

CoH sucks, but WoW is truely beautifull.
I'd rethink your actions though. You are falling with the alarmist wing.
Go back and read Blair's statement for yourself. You'll see that they aren't makiing entertainers 'less viable' at all. We'll just have to adjust our style a little.

I've always played other games, but SWG has been my favorite and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
(I'm also on the "Yay! No more stars!!!" side
... my wrists took quite a beating from running around "fixing" posts with 5 stars)

Wow others from there. I looked at tale 2 recently but wasn't pleased with the changes.
