There's still a Tailor mission in there somewhere. I think in a cave or something. I haven't seen it yet, though I still heard someone else talking about it. It does sound like you'll still need an escort to get to it, though. I don't know why they couldn't have just put that quest in Kachirho instead which would have made more sense since everyone can get there...

And it's fixed! I'm in the cantina in Kachiro now doing a little jam session. Battle Fatigue can be healed and inspiration buffs can be applied. I'm even getting some tips!
