In all honesty, I doubt we will ever be given the option to get better stats. I don't believe the devs meant for any race to be able to run a profession non-stop without outside intervention -- it goes against all the other independancy themes in the game. That humans can stat-migrate to anything is really a glitch I think.

We are meant to be the best entertainers, and have a healing bonus for it. Be thankful for that. Yes, I don't like running down action when I dance. But then, how big a deal is it to go get a doc quickness buff (good for 3.5-4 hours) or for that impromptu show, taking a hit of accaragm? It's all about interdependencies in this game. People already complain about "why should I tip you for healing my wounds or buffing me when it costs you nothing". If we could run forever without any outside support, then it really *would* cost us nothing...

Personally, my bigger grip is with the poor focus & willpower maximums we have. I am also a medic with my left-over skill points, and if I am healing health or action wounds, I deplete my mind very fast (helped only a little by sitting down while healing). Now, if I could buff my own secondaries... But I won't go there.

Well if everyone remembers how HUGE the griping was by the Carebears around month 4 that made the Devs change classes like Rodian and such down so they were more "similiar" to other classes. Back in the day a Rodian was the ultimate gunman with green for days. I think my Rodian BH was the best on server on Valcryn until the nerf stat came. I do think the Twilek stat complaint is viable and offering BE food to solve it is not a correct answer. HAM has been so b)$#*(tardized since release the "not so often combat played races" are nearly forgotten while wookies and humans get all the attention. No offence but what you are complaining about was a direct result of people wanting nerf this or that so as it eventually resulted in your class becoming one of the "left out" ones. Sorry, I feel your pain. I miss playing my Rodian on Valc because of the same reason.
