Wouldn't it be funny if you could somehow force all group members to /follow you? Then you could group up all the buffbots in say, Coronet Cantina, get them to follow, and drag them out to the Agrilat Swamp. What a surprise when the bot owner comes back to his computer!
I just got this image of Fuschia the Pied Piper, leading the AFK Rats to the swamp with her slitherhorn in hand. /snicker.

It's also good to know that there are dancers, musicians, and other assorted players who are willing to go that extra mile by using in game approved tactics to fight against tactics that are being used to undermine our marketability.![]()

If the devs say that they think that unattended gameplay is not good for the game, but don't do anything to prevent unattended gameplay, can anyone really be blamed for taking the law into their own hands? I don't see how you can call it griefing if a player agrees to join your group, right? It was their choice to indiscriminately join groups. It was their choice to run their character unattended. If someone had a command to put the entire SWG community on their home's admin list, could they complain if someone came along and robbed them?
Auto join commands may now carry a particle of risk...

Perhaps we could use Squad Leader abilities to our advantage...give combat medics a good reason to hit entertainers with disease. Then the SL could redistribute the wounds throughout the rest of the group, pretty soon they wouldn't have enough action left to keep going.![]()

perhaps the devs could've fixed this by disabling the ability to buff (and perhaps even heal) while afk... would stop the grinders too... although i think removing the ability to heal may be a bit harsh for those who don't actually want to be a dancer but are forced to due to a holo demand... but no-one NEEDS to buff for the sake of a holo or to get to master, so by disabling buffing while afk it would fix the buff bot situation. Just athought, needs discussion/development, what do other people think?
And that hits the nail on the head...your using the wrong word there buddy.
Your not an entertainer. Entertainer implies just that...entertainment. Your not entertaining anyone. Your nothing more then an automated mind enchancement machine.
Your like a bubble gum machine in an old mom and pop grocer. I put my quarter in and get my stale ole candy.
Nothing less then that.
But dont worry, i have a brand new dirty trick to start using on people who get uppity like you just did. And even your leaving the group in a hour wont save you.
By the time you come to check on your stale candy dispenser, you wont be working anymore *shrug*
