The "highlighted text in green" does include the word "probably." Based on that I don't think Electro was quite out of line.
I might also point out that when you said Electro was "someone with a cruel additude who makes nasty replies," you didn't include the word "probably." You say you want people to be nice, and that's certainly an admirable goal, but how can you take others to task for not reaching it when you don't either?
