wow, sounds like there are a lot of fun servers to play as an ent. My friend and I started up on Radiant last night because we didn't get a response but maybe I'll just make entertainers all over the place.

Panthu, you sound as you know this from experience, but to my knowledge you haven't made it to one of our events yet. Could it be that you have a stealth character on Flurry that we don't know about?

Yes..there is a guild of buff bots on Chilastra who dominate the NPC cantinas.If you come to visit us on Chilastra, don't bother subscribing to the EOC chat channel. The channel, originally created to provide a means for players to network with live entertainers has been taken over by the buff bot owners and their friends.
The Lost Pearl in Kraytia on Tatooine is an AFK free zone. Live entertainers are welcome to use it as they wish. If youneed anything while there, please contact me.If I, the manager or assistant managers find anyone animating while AFK they'll be banned. If you would like to visit Chilastra please feel free to contact me either as Esharra or Carenzi so I can make sureeveryone haswhatthey need and get you out of those nastystarter clothes.

I've raised the Chilastra situation with the devs several times now. My latest angle is to urge chat-room reform. We need the ability to create semi-permanent or permanent chat-rooms that have a moderator and the moderator's designees, much like a guild. I've also urged the devs to consider certain other reforms to chat-rooms. I for one would even volunteer to perform a little moderating duty in my role as Correspondent, but I imagine other Correspondents might be more reluctant. My most recent offensive on this issue began just last night, after the devs had presumably packed it in for the weekend; I plan to take it up again Monday.
As for ent-friendly servers, I visited Bria two nights ago, and I was really impressed. The player-city cantina I performed in included a dozen or more live entertainers, arranged in a fairly organized fashion onstage. Javier, Shainas, Ub-, Kirah-Faye, and others gave me a very warm welcome there. Hehe, I gained two boxes in Music, but only 44 XP in entertainer healing.

Tempest ent community, like any of Tempest's communities, is somewhat small. We're a tiny server. However, we're overall probably one of the nicest servers out there . And no buffbots in Theed! (Can't speak for Coronet, as I don't travel there).

Because of the buffbots, my entertainer alt doesn't really do much anymore besides provide lots. 'tis a shame, since it used to be fun.
