Is entertainer friendly? I'm making a new toon just for kicks and giggles and want to know what server has a good environment for Dancers.

I would say TC, but I get depressed watching all the macrotainers in our city's cantina nowadays

I lately reactivated my char on Eclipse (and made him learn playing music), and while he hasn't travelled that much, so far the Eclipsians(?) have been very nice to him.

Yso'met - certified entertainer quest helper (Starsider)

iMaul - Sith Lord for the rest of us (Eclipse, name nicked from here)

Kauri is pretty dancer friendly IMHO. We have a close community for live entertainers too including an /ent channel, a buffers list, and an event e-mail list that keeps entertainers informed of possible gigs or events they may wish to participate in.

I generally perform in Theed on a nightly basis and usually lead the entertainer group there. I've heard Coronet has a couple buffbots in the public cantina, but we've driven them all out of Theed cantina. There are still buff parlors of course but we get plenty of attention in the public cantina from patrons and are kept busy.

Events that happen on Kauri are mostly directed or organized by me in some way but not all the time. I'm usually the contact for people needing entertainers for their mall grand opening or their new pa hall cerimony, etc. I try hard to keep entertainers on Kauri interested in their craftand entertaining folks.We also tend to have sporadic parties in odd places announced in /ent chat and everyone's welcome to come and dance with us.

Unfortunately, I'd have to recommend staying away from Chillastra. We've got a rather large army of millitant buffbots.

Might I suggest Scylla?

There are several cities on Scylla that are entertainer friendly, and even the NPC cantinas are pretty buff-bot free. THe community itself is pretty cool, and we're one of the best known homes fo rentertainers. (thank you Windspire videoes)

Check out Helios on Tatooine if you hit our server, the city is full of vibrant entertainers and fun colourful shops.
