I appreciate your work and information and I'm glad we have at least one person trying to keep the spirit up. However, Thunderheart has lost even the last bit of credibility with me. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice... and I don't even know how many times Thunderheart lied to us. I lost track after #5 or #6. If I'd believe a known liar again, it would indeed be my fault. Anything short of facts can only be interpreted as another delay tactic or blatant lie or uninformed rambling from the experience I have.
I have been here since before release and I have to say that communication is non-existant in release. Thunderheart doesn't help one bit and as an American he should be well aware that if you aren't part of the solution, you are part of the problem. From my personal view ( I don't have all information, but guess what, that's not because I haven't asked ) we would be of better without him. He isn't any help at all. Maybe he needs more people to do the work, maybe it's just too much to handle for one person, but if he fails to call for help that's just as bad as failing in the task itself.

Thunderheart, I'm sorry, I don't believe you. I call you a liar right here based on what has happened in the past. I challenge you to prove me wrong or tell me how you would see your own behaviour based on the information we have.

It wouldn't be asking to much for the guy to make a post here would it? Even if that post was a simple, "I'm sorry I have no new information for you."

I'd rather have no information at all than the outright lies and misinformation we've been shoveled.

Indeed. But ignorance is not a valid defence. It's his job to be informed and he fails. I don't mind mistakes. If he'd post here and say "hey guys, I'm sorry, I didn't made the 10 Qs yet, I had soooo much to do, I'll try next week", maybe I wouldn't be pissed. But he got them, promised to answer and didn't even send a notice that he won't. I don't know how much more you can fail in communicating safe of not asking in the first place.

To me, making a promise that you have to know you cannot keep and then not even informing the other party about your inability tokeep it is lying.

People can make mistakes. But after so many of them, you cannot expect them to hold any credibility any longer.

I really appreciate your efforts and I really hope you can see something on the correspondent forum I cannot grasp because if not that would paint a very bleak picture of "communicating".

Hmm have been dancing since July although admittedly I dance very little now. I still love dancing but cant do it full time for many reasons...credits being number 1.

My two cents worth on TH promises have been stated before. We get a pat on the head like good little girls while they work 24/7 for the fighter classes. Master dancers should not fall period! I fall more now than I did as a novice. Game has been out long enough it is time for many new dances (although leave the drunk look out devs..find another outlet for your sick sense of humor). Game is great in general but only content is player made content. Unfortunately that content has been only through a few people. Crafters all need new things..not just new stuff for fighter class. Entertainers need new things in their shows as people are bored basically of the same songs/same dances. With chef changes there is really little need yet again for our buffs...I also have an alternate character that is TKA student..she never gets mind buffs and only occ goes to cantina to get bf healed.The foods/drinks empty out fast enough that another can be used soon enough.Our special effects are just for show..no real use at all. Now when I dance it is just for my own relaxation and socializing. Still have the same peeps who request buffs then run out fast out of cantina so no tip. I dont need their money as I am also a master armorsmith but its the principle of it.

Do I forsee any changes ? lol nope. So I just stick to what I have been doing...craft, survey, and dance occasionally...go on my merry way. Ravenmist I do bow to you..you have been working your heart out and deserve better from TH. I hope in the future he shows you and us more respect.

Please tell them an Entertainer Droid thatonly does "special effects" is a waste of thier programming time.

We would like a droid that helps us inour profession in some way, such as to earn XP, earn money, help buff or perhaps dare I say self-buff, manage a buff cue, advertise us, provide music when we are alone, or provide a defense if we are attacked.

Well, I've been Dancing ever since Beta, and still am so far. But the points made already about it just being too long in any good coming are so very true! (See new rant in the '5 Questions' topic -- or better yet, don't if you're tired of rants -- I just had some steam to blow off.)

So much time has already passed without any action, I am to the point of saying "I will believe it when I see it, and only then." And at this rate, I may well not be around long enough to ever see it. Keep up the faith if you can, but for me, the well is fast running dry.

Well, the devs have recently described to me at least a *little* new content designed specifically for entertainres.I'm hopeful they'll post about it soon, but as always, don't hold your breath.

Still, my advice would be to hang in there a bit longer. I know, I know, we Correspondents have been saying that for months.

For once, the devs have made one of my predictions come true. As I hoped, they've posted a little information on what's up next for us entertainers. "Social Adventure" Opens

This will mostly be a non-combat adventure, targeting Entertainers, Dancers, Musicians, Image Designers and fast-talking Smugglers... perhaps set in the Hutt Casino. Loot will be new songs, dances, etc. ______________________________

I think my biggest concern is the lyrical/formal problem... they look so nice to us, but to others... well... let's just say I'd like them fixed.

And yes, I'm looking forward to the new social adventures. That may encourage me to keep master dancer a bit longer.
