Hello All,
Thank you for the feedback.
I have this thread in multiple forums...In the Musician Forum it is leading to an option that can be toggled at a City Garage called 'Safari' on the radial menu of the vehicle. Once chosen the Safari mode locks you into your vehicle and activates the 'Safe Vehicle Mode'. To get out of this mode one must return to a Garage and return the vehicle to standard mode.
In 'Safari' mode you can survey/place structures/and explore in safety...but can not get off the vehicle...it won't let you till you go back to the garage and change modes.
Had to rethink the concept after people told me how a non-restricted Safe Mode could be used for griefing others.
