Seems like most of the feedback is positive. It'll probably go in here. I just hope they do it on new servers only as well because I want nothing to do with it.

/agree and I dont know about you all, but I dont have much mony in RL but in game I am doing alright, but I know it kinda pisses me off to think that now they are taking RL and tossing it into the game so that now if you have more money in RL you can and will be well off or rich in game insted of having to earn anything 
I am not pelased, they will take away what real gaming there was so between this and the CU nothing will be worth it anymore.

On the other hand...
If 40% of their CS resources are going to dealing with this, maybe attempting to control it instead of eliminating it will give their CS staff time to do more than send out form letters.
I'm not going to start screaming about the sky falling til pieces hit my head.

Or maybe they'll just reduce their CS staff by 40% after they see this plan works for them... that would be much more in character for SOE

Yeah, that'd be in-character for them, but I'm not ready to say that just yet. I'm trying to be optimistic. Help me out, here. 
Right now, nothing's set in stone on anything, and that's as it should be. Things are getting tweaked. I'm not sure what Dev decided that Entertainment was outside the scope of the CURB, but they should realize that nothing is outside it. They're changing the whole game, and everything's touched by it.
And hey...maybe all the idjits will go to the exchange servers, and leave us ATK people to play in peace.
