Well, that depends on your leveling style. I actually did level with Healing on Panthu TC and no LS during the very first phase of testing on TC2 before they made me a Knight.

Xp was removed from healing and enhancer skills quite a while ago in order to do away with afk exploits.

Oh well, that's a shame. Guess we'll just have to do it the LS way like everybody else then. *shrug*

Drygo - Try the In Testing Forum ... I carry back what's said in here for the most part and I've already given them an earful as the mouth piece of the Dancer Forum. I even said they should delay the Pub until they could manage to give us a quest option.

Panthu, I think I love you.

Just my personal thoughts on it...

I could never justify going through FS quests and XP conversions for wound healing bonuses alone. As has been said, +25 wound healing BE clothing is readily and (relatively)inexpensively available. Master level wound healing is already very fast, and healsat roughly twice the rateof BF anyway... so eventripling our mind wound healing speed has no real benefit to most cantina patrons (who will be coming in with both BF and mind wounds - and usually more BF than mind wounds), and thus has no benefit to us. No matter how fast we heal the mind wounds, they still have to stick around for BF healing.

For me then, FS questing would possibly only be about two things. The first is some roleplaying angle for character development (which really is unnecessary, as I already pretty muchroleplay being Force sensitive). And the second isonly if it's still a part of the deal (I admittedly have had little interest in following the Yedi stuff too much) - the chance of opening another character slot to do something else with.

Which means, on the whole, I would never be doing this to enhance my entertainer in any way. Increasing wound healing doesn't really enhance the entertainer's abilities - BF keeps things at the same healing rates we have now.FS questingbecomes merely a hoop to jump through to another goal entirely - that of not having to spend an extra fifteen bucks a month foran alt.

All this makes me wonder if a strictly non-combatant has any chance of getting access those FS dance boxes. I am Dancer/Musician/Entertainer/Nov ID with the rest in Medic. If I did manage somehow to be able to learn them, I could dance my way there, but getting there in the first place could pose a problem. Well, I can hope that all that Dance/Music/Heal xp can be used for something...

Hm, A Jedi undercover posing as a Dancer.. This was my first Template idea back in the

time i didnt know how Jedi was implemented, but dabbling in Jediis not that useful./sigh

Imean Dancer 0040 would be enough...

But seriously, they have to change some stuffs, like visibilty, im too much a Roleplayer to

condemn myself to endlessly living in the wilderness go grind. I would accept if non-Jedi

from your own guild hinting wit you would NOT rais Visibility.

I dont want jedi for my primary. I will get her FS, to get the second slot. Maybe this slot for Jedi.

Im TKA/Dancer now, so my 6 Trees will be, Healing, Vehicle, Melee Def, Ranged Def, Melee speed

Melee Accuracy. Maybe if i find out what Jedu Luck does exactly...

We will see. The most thilling is a second slot on the same Server, without shelling out 15 more bucks.

Amm Leveling Jedi without Saber? Wasnt it stopped to give Jedi-Xp for non-combat?

That's pretty much how I figured it too. This patch has brought new amusement to my game though. I've recently bought the cantina in my home town and while I've been busy redecorating and running back & forth from the cantina to the shop, the old man keeps showing up. His continual presence has gained my little town the reputation of being one of his hang outs and the leet are arriving at the shuttle en force. Thusly, providing me with an audience for rp'ing that this dirty old man is stalking me for a lap dance. It has been lovely fun!

I am a Force Sensative Dancer!

I think I am the first non-combat person on Kauri to enter the village. People there saw me and asked "what are you doing here?" like I didn't belong or something lol.

Anyway I used my 2 free unlocks to get 2 crafter trees and I'm working on the first healer quest so I can get the + healing modifiers.

As for the actual benefits they gave us in the FS tree, I would say it looks like we were an "oh crap we forgot entertainers, give them + wound healing in the medic line" There would have been so much they could have done here that would have been a real reward. A + to enhancements, or a - to action costs, another song or dance, the missing flourishes to exotic! hehehe Pretty much anything than what they gave us. We're already darn good healers if you ask me, we could have used another kind of boost.
