I know what you mean. I didn't realize Fuschia was a girl until about 6 months after I knew her. I mean, she's very butch.

Eh, I leveled a Bio-Engineer up to Master (not to mention a Combat Medic), and I didn't find the recursive macro essential to grinding. It helped a bit. It was not at all helpful once I made Master.
I do hope this change will put more pressure on the devs to streamline the crafting interface.
It's probably more impactful when "grinding" Tailor or Architect than in BE. But honestly..I hate seeing a master who isn't sure what a particular shirt or piece of furniture is named because they rushed their way through their training whilemacro-grinding the same item over & over again. For me that ranks right up there with Master Dancers with no clue how to transition from one dance to another.
And, Fuschia
he's taken.

What was odd is that I haven't receivedmore than 3/tells asking for music buffs in the last month. The last couple nights (since Sunday) I've gotten at least 10, if not more.
Think it could be related? Maybe people realize the end of the buffbot is nearing and decided to seek out a live entertainer. Maybe I just happened to have bad luck for the past month.
Actually, Roho and I were called back to Veritas last night to buff one of our favorite patrons and ended up buffing about a dozen or so other players. Everyone was nice and attentive and (for the most part) tipped! Anyway, Roho was wondering about the same thing - are they concerned now that they won't be able to find a buffbot (there was a p/t one in the main cantina in town) and are trying to get on our good sides again? Teehee!
At the same time, not a single one of them answered our questions as to whether or not the end of the recursive macro would affect them or not. Granted, most of them were PvPers (TFK) . . . .
