Thread: Did anybody else actually dance when they heard the news?

I think I'm still too stunned. I wasn't truely convinced that any of the development teamrecongized the problems with AFK game play so seeing an announcement aimed at reducing/curbing/eliminating AFK play was quite a shock. Whatever will be next? Meaningful entertainer missions with higher credit payout? More than 2 flourishes? Dances that look good regardless of species or gender? More clothing/prop options for all species and genders? True this does mean I'll have to change how I put my dance routines together as I have in the past just written simple looping macros to fit various moods and music but I'm hopeful that we'll once again find that cantinas can be a fun place to just relax after those revolving door cloning trips.

I know Esharra was grinning all night and into today. So was I. (I looked a little stupid with a goofy smile on my face at the store entrance at 4am

I know I'm happy, and I'm neither a musician nor a dancer. I just want to be able to go into a cantina and not stand around for several minutes trying to figure out who's at the keyboard and who is not!
I must express some concern, though, at the thought that now all people will do is script really really long macro's to take over their bot'ing....

Alot of us have similar concerns, Jim. =/
I'm hoping the developers do a good job of covering all bases and avoiding the continued use of bots and macrotainers.

I know what you mean. I didn't realize Fuschia was a girl until about 6 months after I knew her. I mean, she's very butch.
