For the record, you need master medic to take the persausion quest (it is active now) and Bioengineer 0004 to craft the high end medicines.
They STILL require Master Medic to get this quest? Even though a BE does not need Master Medic, just Medic 0/0/0/4 and they have moved the required Elite Skills to BE from Doctor?

Sadly yes they do Maisland

Wow, a very good guide Warryyr! Thank you!

The village and the SP necessary to get jedi once again point to the SP imbalance with dancers. You need 24 SP to make Jedi. You also need to be around combat class 56 to do the village. This means basically you will have to surrender master dancer to progress up the FS tree. We do not realistically have the ability to solo grind all the points required to become Jedi and still retian Master Dancer while also being a high enough class to grind the village. To be fair it isn't impossible, but it seems far more difficult than other classes.

Ok, that's the breaks, but at least we get all those special benefits for being Master Dancers......oop's nevermind!

Why would you have to surreder Master Dancer to get Cl 56? You can go as high as CL 60 if you take 3 branches of Marksman or brawler, then one Master Combat professons, as well as one branch of a related professon... For Example being Master Dancer,Teras Kasi Master, Pikeman 0400 orMaster Dancer, Master Rifleman, Pistoleer 0004 (those are both good templated for Area attack groups BTW)

Maybe I said that wrong. You are requiredto give up 24 SP to complete the village. As you give up SP they have to come from somewhere as you give them up. So, yes you start out at CL 56 at the village but as you surrender SP to progress with your forceskills those SP have to come from somewhere. Either you give up combat skills or you give up dancer skills.

You don't need ANY combat skills to do the village quests! You may need to drop some of your others skills to do the senses quests, but its not that hard to get the dancer skills back and then fill the branches. You only need to do 6 quests. If you (a dancer) drop some skills and get master medic just before phase IV then go out and heal, open the branch in senses... then wait and unlock the other branch in senses. Then take novice artisan... do the survey and luck quests... that is 4 of the 6 branches you need. Get dancer back... maybe set up a vendor then start filling the branches in the senses tree. Senses fill up pretty quickly. Then once you do those you need to choose from a couple of other quests.. I would do whips vehicular control because I am pretty sure you can drive by... open the crates and get the supplies without killing a thing. So there are ways to complete the village quests without combat.

I filled all my branches and did all the quests with ZERO combat skills!

Ok, I am very confused.

Does this mean it did NOT cost 24 skill points to fill those 6 branches??

Thanks!

P.S. And how did you do the exit mission with Melchaite (sp) if you don't have combat skills?

Ok, I am not confused now. TY!

Yes, that someone was me that said class 56. You are right of course, becuase you did it! (Good for you! Very KEWL!)

I do suppose ifa playerwanted to do the village as a combat player and retain Master Dancer that combat class level would present an issue somewhere along that quest.

Oh, I see what your saying now

The points I'm going to be useing for the village were "extras" after Master Dancer and Master Rifleman, I just had them floaitng around so I put them into Pistoleer 0004 what im doing is banking all teh FS xpI need to do it all at onece so I don't give up those still till I have to

I did need 24 sp to fill all the branches... yes, everyone needs those. My point is that you don't need combat.

I was in a group with my guildmates for the mellichae quest. I respeced to marksman 0033 and the rest of my group took out everything else.. when mellichae was down to about 1/2 his hit points, I then started firing at him with my uber level 5 combat skills. LOL

I am now 5 quests away from completing the padawan trials. Once I open my second character slot.. I will lose the marksman skills and get some merchant back.

Right now I am master tailor, dancer 0040 (could never drop dancer), merchant 0040 and marksman 0033 with 24 sp into my fsxp boxes which will help with tailoring (crafting), and dance healing.

My point was that someone said you had to be combat level 56 to do the village quests... but that is false information.
