LOL, I'm sorry, but I just had to mention that, because of what's happening to Fuschia, I decided to do some research. Seems like I've attracted my own little one-star bandit. I know it's a bandit because I did a simple search for my posts and there's no way I could have gotten one stars on 73 consecutive posts! LOL

OMG, I wasn't expecting people to read my Tarquinas posts. LOL Yes, I have a tendency to streak naked through really intense threads and flame wars over there... and until she quit, my friend Tyl and I could always be counted on to spice up (aka: get locked/deleted) ANY thread. We're, ahem, VERY friendly.
The only thing that bugs me about getting personal one-star ninjas is that with the new forum ranking system, it can affect my rank. I used to be a contributor. Thanks to this jerk, I got bumped back down to veteran. I'm fairly sure I know who's behind this, at least... I made a rather inflammatory post on the Tarquinas boards recently and it apparently wasn't appreciated. *shrug* Truth hurts! 
Thanks guys, anyone who helped out. It's kind of silly, which is why I posted it here in the dancer forums, I seem to have the most friends here.

p.s.: after holding some of these 5-starring gathering for a few folks before this, here's how I find posts to boost... for those of you who want to help out and need directions:
go all the way to the bottom of the page, and click on the "advance" (search) option. put in the person's name into the "Message Author" field, set "Rating" between 1.0 to 3.0, and if you have a good connection set "100 results per page". then click search, and it'll give you a list of results.
once you get the results, click on "rating" above the column with all the star ratings. this should sort the posts by highest rating first. click on "rating" again to sort them by lowest rating first (the post that needs the most help.)
sometimes it gives you the "too many searches" or "you current have 1 search" when you click back, so it's probably best to open the threads in a separate window/tab

The shoe leather one had me laughing long and loud.
*laughs* Man, I'm a spitfire. Some would term it "b*tch". I can live with either explanation. As for the SEVEN thing... I don't even remember what post that's FROM, but I was probably talking to a guy in my guild, we tortured him one night by responding to EVERYTHING he said with the number 7. It's become a running joke.
I also don't remember who I was talking to with the shoe leather comment, but I have no doubt that it was well-deserved.
A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped me with this, LOL. My rating's almost back up to where it used to be, and I'm deeply appreciative to everyone who shared the 5-star lovin' with me.

It was a learning experience. The shoe leather comment was made about an ID customer you had once...though at the bottom of the post you mentioned that you were having a bad day even before that. The one I'm really curious about is where you edited your own post. Given some of the things you've left in posts, my imagination is running wild about what you would edit out.
Anyway, here's hoping your rating gets up to its formal level soon! *rases glass of Dr.Pepper*

I'm fairly sure I never actually SAID the shoe leather thing... very often I express what I'd LIKE to say to my less discerning clients in my forum posts. LOL. That sounds like something I'd think, but not actually express. Besides, there's a good chance that someone with the IQ of shoe leather wouldn't comprehend it anyway.
As for the other, I'm fairly sure I know what that's about. I'll investigate that one and if I remember, I'll PM you. LOL
