If anyone has a spare 10 minutes or so, can you throw some five-stars my way on my posts? I got subjected to a one-star ninja who made me lose a forum rank (went from Community Contributor to Community Veteran). It's a stupid little thing, but it bothers me to no end that my ranking is, to some extent, in other players' hands. So I'm putting out a plea for help to those who love me best... the entertainers.

heh, right before I became corr someone went and 1-starred all my previous posts (1k+ back then), and the 1-star bandits haven't stopped following me around since. *shrug*
these things happen, let me try to look for a few more posts to help with

or do what I did and remove the rating system completely from your view and live in happy starless forum land with Goldy!

I started from the back. I think I am someplace in April. Ow, my hand! So far I've learned... Fuschia dances naked on the Tarq board an awful lot... and people should learn to read the damn stickies!

5 stars And yeppers, 1 star bandits just mean we're popular. And it could be worse...I logged onto the boards for the first time in over a week and found my name went from white to Brown O.o ick.

I try to always take my time and hit the 5 star for the super good posters

giving this post 8000 five stars is gonna do nothing for her average, it averages all the averages of your posts, not every ranking you get, a post with 1 5 star counts just as heavily as a post with 1000 5 stars, and if you average that post with 1000 5 stars with 1 with 1 1 star its still 3

Got you up to 2.9... make sure whoever is helping her is NOT 5 staring already 5 stared posts, find a page of unrated ones or one of the pages of 1 stars and bump those up to 3 (it all averages out to be about the same effect...)

lol, wow, I only just noticed that I've gone down in level. That's what I get for not caring for the star system
