i just boughta droid with alot of crafting cabilty how do i get the droid craft stuff?

It might store the brandy for him, but I can guarantee you it doesn't make it. He may be having some fun with you...

dude i walked down stairs and it made brandy right in front of me he payed 70k off someone
he gives the droid the resouces and it makescrate in a hr

You sure he wasn't using a factory? There are no craftable droids that can actually create items, nor are there any looted (useable) droids of any type.

That is a factory.
A factory is what you put resources in and it makes crates.
All Droids do is allow you to crafter anywhere, you still need a crafting tool to make them work though.

ok it makes a brandy and some drink incresses your action
he goes into the storage part and theres a chip in there
he clicks the chip starts a craft session
he clicks brandy
and puts the stuff in there to make it

You could be talking abotu a couple of different things, but none involve the droid actually crafting anything. The droid HELPS, but doesn't do it.
Option #1.
He uses a crafting tool with his droid out. Then his Brandy schematic pops up, he then puts the resources in to make the item. At this point, he has a choice to actually "make" the item, or to make a schematic that will make crates of the items.
He then take that schematic and the resources and puts them in a factory, and makes crates. The schematic shows up in your datapad until you put it in the factory.
The droid doesn't make anything, but without the droid, you don't get all your crafting options.
Option #2.
He already made schematics and is storing them in the Droids datapad.
If this is the case, he then skips the crafting, and puts them in the factory.
The droid still doesn't craft though, he simply craftedthem earlier and put them in there for storage.
Talk to your brother in law, and he will explain to you that we are right. Crafting can be complicated, and if you don't know what you are seeing can be misunderstood.

Rocky, if he is not a crafter that means that he either was just storing the brandy in the droid, and pulling it out, or somebody else made the Brandy schematic for him, and he just put it in a the factory.
Droids do not actually craft anything.
Jenden is the Droid Engineer correspondant, and I have been crafitng droids for a long long time myself. We would not lie to you or give you bad information. I am sorry that you bought a droid thinking it could do something it cannot.

Look, the point is that a droid is only a mobile crafting station. Period. You need to use a crafting tool in order to craft something, and being in proximity of a crafting station allows you to craft advanced items and schematics.
