Well,I feel buff-bots are yet another abuse of multiple accounts that serves only to allow optimized combat templates to avoid the majority of the game with the exception of fighting and loot acquisition at the expense of the enjoyment of other players. I like the use of recursive macros to keep joining them to cantina groups but,I believe this has been deemed griefing currently.
Unfortuately, it will be very difficult to remove recursive macros without seriously hampering macro functionality. The most important piece of this change would be for the Devs to tell players and CSRs that buff-bots, tumblers,spammers and whatever else they are trying to remove from the game are not allowed and then enforce this.

Well said. Yeah, it's gonna take some serious enforcing of the new rules for this to work... at least for a while. People have gotten too used to this, which is just one of the many reasons it's good that it's going away.
