Thread: Buff Exploit?
We had a fairly lengthy discussion on this a week or so ago. The truth is, we don't know for sure one way or the other if it is an exploit or not. One thing to keep in mind though, to fully buff someone in anything less than 3 minutes without use of that chef food that none of us are sure that works, you have to force the game into allowing you to flourish more often than is normally possible.
I personally think it is an exploit since I found out the exact details on how it works. But even if it finally proves to not be an exploit, I think it is wrong and I hope the ability to do this is removed from the game.
I disagree! Well, with the taking it out of the game part. What I think they should do is make people who've used the exploit continue to do it for three weeks straight, 24/7,at the coronet starport with their ability to invite or join groups disabled. Sort of a twist on "if you cross your eyes, they'll stay that way." Also, there should be crates of rotten muroj melons and bantha poodoo available for crowd participation.
In my mind, you're either part of the problem or part of the solution. Get a fistful of bantha poodoo (be sure to wear leather work gloves, though) and be part of the solution!

Scary thing is, sometimes I actually get paid a lot of money to do technical writing. Heh… oh
