With the removal of battle fatigue does anyone else see dancer slowing creeping to the point that politician is at?

I certainly hope it never goes to that point and I don't think it will. Nothing so far leads me to believe it will. I wouldn't mind seeing Music and Dance put on the reduced point system that ID has tho personally.

It doesn't cost any skill points now. You still have to train it up the old way, but it doesn't take away from your points for other profs any.

at least you can't "grind" politician xp, whew...

Here's my question to you guys. Did they tell you WHY they got rid of the Battle Fatigue thing? I thought it was a GREAT part of this game that I'd be expecting to spend some time in a cantina after fighting.

W.T.F. were they thinking?

They got rid of it because they didn't want to "force" combat players to enter the dreaded cantina and have to engage in such unthinkable horrors as watching dancers, listening to musicians and... (parents with young children may wish to turn off the monitor at this point) interact with us. Apparently such a thing is just too distasteful and unpleasant for a combatant (or the devs) to contemplate, so BF had to be removed. Forced interaction with an entertainer is a 'bad thing.'

Buffing isn't "forced" interaction -- it's something you can live without -- so it's considered OK.

To recap:

Forced interaction with entertainers = BAD.

Forced interaction in terms of grouping to get decent XP = GOOD.

At least, that is how the devs see it.
