Given some of the line of site issues in cantinas I'm really wondering how this is going to work out. And more generally issues like musicians accidently untargeting an ommni box cause they clicked on something else causing them to stop playing prematurely. Something to watch on TC.

(I'm reading the above very literally, when a stop watch, too far, can't see, etc. message causes the audience member to stop.. instead of something that behaves like house entrance fees - X credits for 5 minutes)

You forget each time they try to watch us they will get a pop up asking if they wish to pay the covercharge.

Honestly? I like it

I think people should pay to sit and watch or listen if you are there to make creds as it being a profession

You still can perform without a charge or make it minimal

I myself now I will gladly be paying to watch all my Fav ATK performers

Which is all ATK ones!

I want to see it in action before forming an opinion. Unfortunately, TC isn't up right now so I can't check it out.

I am curious.

What happens when the dancer stops dancing?

Does the dancergetany payment or experience?

Does the viewer get no buff?

What about othermembers in the entertainer group?

Lol! Yes..I got a giggle out of that thought too! What would happen if you were broke? As things stand right now, we didn't get the popup ourselves. Others watching got it reliably.

And btw..the new vehicles? Awesome! We had a wonderful time racing across Theed then around the Keren track, cruising the beach, buzzing marauders to see what would happen when we all got incapped and then had a nice peaceful drive back to NU.

Well, as I said in the other thread (saw it first, sorry) I have never set a fee for my performance and probably won't now either. However, it would be nice if there were a way to use the pop up box as a gentle reminder to the patron that payment is appreciated (I've come to dislike the term "tip"). I somehow doubt that letters can be used instead of numbers in the payment amount field, though.

One question -couldthe patron intentionallycircumvent the forced payment by running out of range before /stopwatch?
