Thread: Life of an Entertainer Quest on TC.

We also have a part in the new Mos Eisley Mystery quest series, with the entertainer quest called: Life of an Entertainer.
This hasn't been documented yet and I'll be checking it out and getting some more info for us once I'm home from work tonight! If you can get over to TC, visit the Mayor of Mos Eisley, he's in the Commerce Guild Hall (I think), near the Starport.
do you want a step by step?
I've done it twice through now so should remember most of it, but will only post if you are happy for spoilers.
ok then, pre-reqs is novice entertainer, and funds for a bit of travelling. Approx time is 30minutes if you go quickly through it, complexity is low, after all this is designed as part of the introduction to entertaining.
As an incentive you get a badge for finishing it (and something else, but I'll leave that as a surprise)!
You actually start with an npc in the mos eisley cantina (on the left as you come in the main door), the mayor gives you her name (I've forgotten it ok) but the mayor is one of the new heralds who sends you to various quests including this one (ask him to teach you about entertaining to get the right quest)and he is in the guild hall near the starport with the contractor in it (which I think is the commerce one)
Starworker found it the same way I did - by working through the new player tutorial on TC-Bria.
After you go through the first round of them with the Kotor 2 rip off NPC you get sent to the mayor who has a second set of them, one of which is the entertainer one - others are Marksman (boring), Brawler (that's a good one, and has a badge as well, only need cl level 2/3 or an escort), Scout (funny, very funny) and artisan (bugged)

*doesn't remember talking with any mayor...* I might have the wrong quest, (the name soundsright)but you've talked me into actually FINISHING it to try and get a badge..... tomorow, ugh, I'm exausted tonight. x_x
If you can answer this question correctly you completed it:
What is your passion?
For once I found the content to be EXACTLY entertainer oriented, educating people more on what the real job of entertaining is. You know, the one that, by and large, no one is doing, resulting in the current lack of a solid social/interactive hub in the game? Heh. It didn't mention healing, didn't meantion buffing, didn't mention passing notes like HS freshman or giggling like annoying little girls.
The more I think about it, the more it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy and like they haven't forgotten us and what place we should have in the game, and that they're serious when they say they are going to help us fulfill our role.
I don't think I got a badge though.

You need to talk to the mayor after you complete the quest to get the badge.

It can go right next to my 23rd unwanted exploration badge.
