I was forwarded the following movie, I did not film it myself, nor have I witnessed the changes myself (a bit busy), but the following movie horrified me.
Dancers Testing the Changes
As these changes are currently still on the test servers, panic is inappropriate...however, given that the penchant for this dev team is to put things live and worry about fallout after the fact, there is a very real possibility these changes could end up on your server soon.
Please take some time, go to a test server (Test-Eclipse has blue frogs currently) or at least watch the above movie to witness the problem, and then provide your feedback to the developers. It's critical that they hear from us on this issue.
I can say without reservation that if this change makes it to live somehow, my film career for SWG is essentially over.
Now is the time to make a difference. Thanks.

Yikes... I thought that film of tumble from the perspective of the dancer and the viewer was bad enough, this is... Horrible. Pretty game breaking for the dancers if it goes live, I would say.

Not only were we unable to correct for position, none of us viewed our position the same.

That's just great more issues we have to deal with. /sigh At least before this the bandflos where more in sync, now forget about it. Way to go SOE, yay ya gave us new dances, but ya messed up syncing.

Oh god.... I really hope with all my heart that this do not go live. I feel that we have had enough struggles. This will have quite the consequense for bands too, wont it?

hehe, *mumble* should have left the tumbe flo1 tribute in there for doriana....
Not to mention the dances were bugged and all, but there were ewoks running around the cantina being chased by some strange NPC!

These changes are not live, it's too soon to panic or buy airline tickets out of the country. 
But we need to act now, as a community, to make SURE they know that the changes are unacceptable.
Go to the test forum, and make your voice heard. I did, once I saw this video. It'll take you 5 minutes and perhaps we can make a difference.

I posted in the In Testing-Dev thread. Hope they do something, or at least acknowledge the problem.

I posted also in addition to testing myself this morning a bit. My concern as I know with everyone else's is that they will just put this live "as is". I am not under the theory they are out to get us dancers - it happens in every profession - patch goes to dev - its buggy as heck and most of the bugs end up going live despite the fact there is page after page of bug reports saying its broken and here is how it is broken.

That really does show how bad the base dances get out of synch. I've not had a chance to really test the changes since the last time I was able to play the blue froggie server wasn't up, and my regular TC character only has gotten to Dance 1.
By the way, where were you guys to get Ewoks running around like that?
