I've checked the FAQ, can't find the information there. Sorry if this is a very commonly asked question :

1. Does Power Boost stack with Master Doctor Buffs?

2. Does Power Boost stack with Master Dancer Buffs?

3. Does Power Boost stack with Master Musician Buffs?

And the real question:

4. After qualifying for Power Boost, what Buffs would still be useful for me?

Thanks

Yeah, all the guys who are happy with everything are playing the game
They aren't spending their time sending you guys letters or posting

A full doctor buffs set, a master dancer mind buff and a musician focus-willpoer buff ( dont forget to drop your armor for the musician buff ). Now you are ready for some nunas missions !

power boost takes half of your unmodified mind pool (minus wounds) and adds it to your health action and mind pools.

Regardless of what those values currently are it adds to those pools.

So in a nutshell it stacks with everything. . everything.

Okay, I've been doing the doc thing for about a year now... and I thought I knew what was going on...

I usually buff guild members and friends, and for the action buffs I get about 2690. (Yes, these are Janta buffs, but after a year I have some uber components, too). That's with the players I buff and myself having no battle fatigue, using +25.something bivoli, and though it's probably overkill the BE clothing I was given is +14, +25, +15 (shirt, skirt, apron 1 of 3). Yes, so normally 2690 on action, about 2575 on the rest... even in Medical Specialized cities, even with the droid.... 2575 to 2690 -- it never changes... except:

Last night I was buffing in the middle of nowhere... I thought I saw the message come up wrong... 2790 for action and abot 2690 on everything else. I KNOW these are the same buff packs, because I used them about an hour before... and I only had one set on me.

So, I buff myself... same thing... around 27-2800

What's going on here? Just a bug?? I'd like to get this ALL the time -- have 4 sets of these babies sitting in storage. I could probably charge 20k (and on Shadowfire, I'd probably get it).

Any ideas?

hm sounds strange,
you shoud only get that improvment if you are in a medical city,
sounds almost like you are bugged so you have the extra city bonus all the time.

Yes, it's very overkill. The clothing bonus caps at +25.

Can they be done to yourself?

I have enough skillpoints for 0300 Music and I was hopeing to be able to buff myself since I can never find a music person.

Thanks

Entertainers cannot self buff.

hey everyone

im thinking about grinding out entertainer and going Master Dancer.

i havent ever really paid entertainers much attention, ever since CU.... im sorry!! but i do know that buffing has changed substantially. I hear there are special buffs for crafters that most entertainers arent running when they are AFK in cantina's and such.....

my question is this, since i know nothing about how buffing or entertainer profession works. do master dancers have the ability to buff for crafters also? or is the rumor that only master musicians have ability to do crafter buff the truth?

basically... where does that ability come from... what branch?

thats all for now. thanks. if anyone can give me some helpful tips to make the grind to Master Dancer a smooth one please provide them, im looking forward to my first non combat/non crafting grind on one of my toons!!!

Novice Dancers can buff, too, but their buffs are generally not for the hardcore/popular crafters. Musician and Dancers have different buffs.

thanks for the fast response... i guess my question would be does Master Dancer have a decent buff for crafters then? on of my friends in RL has a MWS toon and was saying that i could possibly buff him too before he crafts....

i dont really care if it is necessarily as "strong" as a buff from a master musician.

also on that note, can you explain a bit more on how the buffs are different? i always thought that you go into a cantina, watch a dancer/listen to a musician or both to make it go up faster... and you get the Inspiration buff (the one for XP i guess). i thought that was the only buff there was... LOL... am i missing something? other than crafting buff... are there a lot of other buffs?

please explain different buffs between dancers and musicians.

much appreciated...
