lol heal battle fatigue sure....let me tell you how much battle fatigue I generally rack up in a week of fighting with this character. 3...that's it...bf just isn't being generated at all....And hon I've been an ent since day one with at least one of my alts...I know what we do and how we do it just trying to figure out something with our wound healing line since there are no more mind wounds and to help us with our healing xp. Little chance of it though because the doctors would be screaming mad....kind of a shame since i spend at least 75% of my time trying to find a doctor to heal someones wounds.
Mind wounds have been replaced by insperation buffs.

If you look in your techniques tree....Dancing mind enhancment +10....that is our buff...or at least should be....I'm talking about that little healing line and what should be done with it.....
The factor that allows you to apply an Inspiration buff faster as your level in it increases, is that which is currently called Mind Wound Healing in the skill tree. Mind enhancement is the skill line that currently has no skill associated with it.
On May 2nd, in answer to my question:
Will a reduction in experience point requirements for dancers be considered and when?
With the CU, dancers' ability to gain dance experience and entertainer healing experience has been reduced, due to loss of mind wound healing and the much smaller group size resulting in lower potential group xp earnings.
the devs replied:
All aspects of entertainer gameplay and advancement will be evaluated and adjusted during the entertainer revamp.
They haven't set a date for an entertainer revamp, however, we have been seeing some changes trickle our way in preparation for when they assign additional skills to us. Covercharge is one of those changes. It really isn't that important to what we do now, however, it may be an asset in our near future.
In answer to your question of why wasn't the skill replacedas a part of theCombat Upgrade: Many gameplay aspects changed in all professions as a result of the Combat Upgrade. The CU was intended to only address changes to the general combat play. Many profession specific changes were considered outside the parameters of the CU. This kind of decision is often made in software developement to maintain focus on a projectand sometimes for budgetary reasons and is referred to by the term "scope". The devs are now starting to address the profession specific changes that need to be made as a result of changes applied with the CU.

I know how bad the ent healing xp is now to get....I keep looking over and over at the two lines that are now absolutly of no use to us or anyone else in musicain and entertainer....Wound healing....exactly what does it do now and why wasn't it considered in the combat revamp when they decided to do away with mind wounds. Beyond that point...what can we do to fix it and get to going back on the right line....heaven forbid we heal wounds now since that's solely the docs purpose but I never seem to see any anymore anywhere....Why can't we heal wounds....it would kind of fix our healing whoas I think and serve a purpose to the community once again.
Hey Atiryma, I found some info for you from the Fan Fest boards. Sorry, I can't clicky, yet

The fact that they couldn't even be troubled to change the "Wound Healing" and "Mind Enhancement" skill mod names is still very depressing to me. It would alleviate confusion for many newer players. I started playing this game as a Musician, after reading about the game and it's many bugs. If I'd joined this game as a new player and saw Wound Healing that didn't heal wounds, or Mind Enhancement that just plain did nothing, I'd have thrown SWG in the trashcan the day after I bought it.
Luckily, I started before the buffbot invasion, and towards the end of the holocraze. I shudder to think how many new Entertainers we lose daily because the Devs simply couldn't be troubled to adjust the wording of now-defunct skill mods. It looks cheap, and reflects poorly on our professions, and on the Devs' efforts they're putting into this game.
No profession should have obsolete skill mods. Yet, here we are...
Is it so much to ask to have at least Mind Wound Healing changed to Inspiration speed or something? Why do we even have to ask? I mean, give me a break. *sigh*
Anyways, thought I'd chime in. Because this junk confuses and disappoints a fair amount of folks I talk to, fresh from the newbie transport.
Totally agree.

I agree with you Warryyr. I've been looking at this problem for the past few days ingame myself. Seeing as how we don't heal wounds anymore, the name of the mods should be changed. The stat description is now also faulty since the stat's recent change in use. Changing the name and description of the Wound Healing stat would not be that hard. It should have been done when they changed the stat's use in the first place. Mind Enhancement should be made useful again. It's on plenty of leotards already which can be very expensive for any entertainer. Also, experience is much harder to get nowadays. Since we don't have wounds to heal we have towait for some slow battle fatigue to generate up, and even then, we usually don't get all of that avenue. I managed to rack up 400 points of battle fatigue the other day during 'accidents' with my ship. I decided to land and let some poor novice leech some xp from my battle ridden mind.... In the spaceport, while I was still loading up, a random jedi ran up and healed my 400 healthwounds and my 400 points of battle fatigue. That must be GREAT xp for them but that'sNOT who it was intended for! -_- With this happening (multiple times to me I might add), I begin to wonder how many people make it to a cantina before a jedi heals them first. It's probably more convenient for a jedi to heal them randomly while they're traveling around, but that's really all dancers can really heal now. Inspiration buffs don't give much xp in my experience. The problem I see here: A jedi can heal battle fatigue everywhere, usually healing an entire spaceport before he/she runs off. A dancer has to be stuck in a cantina, tavern, house, theater, or hotel (and we ALL know how many people visit hotels). Anyone else noticing this? I'd hate to have to do dancer all over again. I'd probably give up in a week, even having been a dancer before.

Correct, Jedi do no get XP for healing...or doing anything other than killing sadly.
