Thread: Misprint or major overpowerment?
Skill Mods:
Bonus to Max level of pets: 10
Required Level to Equip: 80
well, now we get 12 pets AND lvl 80 pets.... wow, I can see us getting nerfed... again
Ok, I think I got it.
Apeik is Non CH and thinks he gets 2+10 pets, not +10 to cl
Silly Jedi. hehe

then that begs the question:
Can a non-ch now have a cl 20 pet? If so, then awesome. I'd love a little more punch and size from my BE pets.
Silly me

ONLY if you are Master CH AND CL80 will you be able to equip this necklace! This is Our Master Level weapon. The same as a Master Carbineer is the only one who can equip an E-11
See, I think you may be wrong on this one. On every other item they listed, if it has a profession requirement it is listed. The rifle requires master BH, the carb - master carb, etc. There is no profession listed for the neckace in question. Heck, even the other two jewelry type items (the droid engineer ring and the chef ring) list their master profession requirements.
I'm basing this on a reply to a thread I started in beta........
We have added a way for creature handlers to go beyond their level 70 cap and tame up to level 80 creatures, although I it is not implemented yet...should be very soon though. A few points on how it will work:
- All creature models (except one) will have at least one tamable version. Many will have more then one.
- Baby creatures between the levels of 70 and 80 will be very rare.
- Creature handlers will have 5 ranges of taming beyond level 70. They will get the ability to tame up to level 72...up to level 74...up to level 76...etc.
- Only Master Creature handlers will be able to use these advanced taming abilities.
- Further restriction is that the Creature Handler must also be CL 80 in order to use these abilities.
Now I guess it DOES say only Master Ch will be able to use these advanced taming skills,NOT that only MCH will be able to equip, however I got the impression that this item was meant for MCH CL80 and will not benefit anyone else, but I could be wrong. The info inyellow was written by a RedName, NDA may still apply to communications between devs and testers, so I am withholding the name......
