take a look at the updates stated in the launchpad for today
Now if we give a name to our pet then orders to that pet can contain its name!

Agreed, another nice update for CH out of the blue. I for one rarely included my pet names in the commands since it took longer to type and I didn't like having aliases setup for each different pet for each command. But this update should add even more roleplay value to CH as you can 'talk' to your pet directly without having to teach it to respond to commands with its own name.

hmm it may be nice, you could use the same attack commands for al pets lol

Yes hopefully it works, as one should then be able to train all the same commands for all one's pets and then designate targets or have all pets attack just based on whether their name is used. I wonder though if the pet name is still case sensitive as it used to be when training them commands with their name in it.

I'd rather have my pet actually stay where they'd supposed to.
Not fun to have a pet die 7 times on you because it doesnt know how to "sit".

I have noticed that and the /pet command gets them to lay down again. Also, several CHs i've talked to say that their pets no longer auto-store at random. Don't know if anyone was having this issue. I personally was not, but it's good to see it's no longer a problem.
Now, if they would just let us put our pets in our command menu to call them with the click of a mouse.
