I, too am sorry to see you leave. I learned a lot from your posts on this forum and enjoyed your comments and feedback, along with many others.

Having read your most recent post here, you reminded me why I joined this game in the first place. I knew from the beginning that I wanted to be a Creature Handler, but that is not why I got into Star Wars Galaxies: AED.

The title says it all! I am a big Star Wars fan, as I would guess many of us are. Despite all of the game's bugs and problems, and there are quite a few that all professions have experienced, it is still the most expansive, most complex and involving game I have ever experienced, not just Star Wars, but any game. And I truly believe the Devs are doing their best to fix most issues and balance as much as possible, as well as add new and refreshing content.

That being said. I am a patient person. I have invested too much into my character to drop it in a fit of boiling frustration. I will wade out the current issues and the problems to come. I will alsobe here for the Space Expansion as well.

Sure, I could go join another online MMPRPG and become an Elf or a Mage or a 3rd Level Fighting Whatever, but SWG is one of a kind and I will not forsake it less than a Yearinto thegame's Launch.

Such a shame that you must make this dicision, but we all understand. They have done nothing but ruin this once fabled class, their constant nerfing and not taking care of the things that matter ( too many bugs to list, dont want to bore everyone) have really destroyed this class.

I to am leaving once world of warcraft comes out, as i know that Blizzard will not completely ruin a class or game by thier pathetic attempts at balancing. I could say more, but i will not, except that the devs for this game are retards. This game will die a slow death once the new mmorpg's hit the market, and I for one will not care one bit.

My last day is march 1st, sad thing is i will miss these forums more then the game itself.. from beta till now i have struggled with the bugs, mis-direction, and class destruction this game has endured. There are tons of options as far as gamming goes city of heros, Matrix on-line, WoW, and the good old stand bys like EQ and Anachy Online.

It is possible that maybe I have just lost interest in MMO's.. or that this game has drained me of my will to play. I look forward to star wars: battlefont ( http://www.lucasarts.com/games/battlefront/ looks like that might be my star wars jones killer.

*By the way, todays little patch has made the pets disapear ALOT more, thats just in 1 hour of playing around near bestine, they disappear in battle EVERY time.. all except my Gurrak and woolymander(my only BE pets).*

Tivo, you are going to be missed here. I fully understand your decision to go - I'm close to it myself - I keep saying I'll hang on till the space expansion, but I'm really doubting that now.

You've been a great font of knowledge, bud. It was because of your journal of rare hunts that I gave the SE of Endor one more shot and gave that random Screecher lair one more try - and got my one and only Screecher baby as a result. I had a feeling the Bull Rancor baby hunt would be your undoing, though - I have BE friends who practically live around their lairs and none of 'em have ever seen a baby. I know you say this isn't the main reason, but it has to play some part in your decision.

I hope I cross paths with you again in the next MMOG and am lucky enough to wind up on the same server with you. 8)

And everyone else...I'm honored. I mean, I knew I inspired some people but its nice to know everyone out there arent jerks, heh. You newbies keep on learning and having fun, all the veterans keep being leaders, and in reply to Vertexon hoping I return later on...we'll see. But like I said, I will keep checking up on this forum every now and then to see if things ever get fixed, then maybe one day you'll see me back. Bye guys
