Hey there folks.
How's Publish 12 going for everyone? I know there really isn't much in here that touches Creature Handling, but I'd like to get a feel for whether any new issues have cropped up. Anything not work that was working before? Anything working that wasn't before?
If you do encounter a new issue, don't forget to post it to Tiggs' thread. But please feel free to let me know, here, too (including as many details and reproducible steps as you can). Thanks!

So far, after running around Corellia for the last two hours in the vain hope of finding a GPS, no new issues to report, although the pets respecting their masters' space issue remains an open one. The dewback is TOO DARN AFFECTIONATE!

No news can be good news, eh?
Thanks for the update, and please do let me know if anything turns up. Looking pretty good so far on my end, too.

Hell yeah, both Blue and Spud are in dire need of a dip in the Coronet city pond. Nasty beasties.

It's going great for me, after hearing they may have upped the loot drop rate, I headed to fort tusken yesterday.
I stayed there and killed for 2 1/2 hours, and got a red crystal, 8 tanning hide schematics, 2 tatooine tapestry schematics, and around 30k CH xp

I've found an issue with /tellpet that you guys might want to test.
One of my guild members said that /tellpet wasn't working in a macro for her, so I tried it out to see if it was just her.
I tried, and it wasn't working. So if you guys could test and see if it is broken, that would be cool.

I am not sure if this is the proper place to report this - and it was happening before publish 12 - but it is pet related:
I have Master scout skills and I often place my alt on a cu-pa to follow me - on Dathomir - in areas where there are narrow valleys - my alt (who is following me on the mount) will get stuck on one side of the valley and run around in circles on the side of the valley (the initially approached side) - often not breaking out of it and no longer following me.
When this occurs I am running and not mounted - my alt on the mount.
I cannot remember for sure - but it may happen the most when I stop near the opposite edge before the mount has reached the initial edge.
The Cu-Pa is a BE NON-CH pet - I haven't tried a tamed mount of another creature type yet to see ifBE vs non-BEmakes any difference. The problem is reproducible - just find a valley that has steep sides that have the sides close to each other (Dath seems to have a ton of places like this so I really only notice the problem there).
I have noticed some "strange" behaviour in control / steering when using the CU- PA and not in follow mode when traveling these same valley types as well - it seems like it "fights" me from simply trying to travel in a straight line from one side to the other in steep valley areas - best way to describe it. Its like the mount has a "preference" to go sideways on the side of valleys maybe....This may be related to the problem described above.

I've done some more testing vert, and im afraid the verdict is in
. The stealth vitality loss fix in pvp has been stealth nerfed, pets now lose 100 percent of the vitality 100 percent of the time
. ive tested it in several forms of death but got vit loss every time with a multitude of different pets.

I have noticed my pets are getting lost more often. I will have three out following me while running and fairly often one, or all three, will stop following. I have to go back to where they are and give them my follow command. It has happened before patch 12, but more often now.

Not only the dewback, but also an angler, bantha.... I've found myself aiming at thugs from within one... Good coverage tough, yet the thugs can still see me ![]()
