Hi i was interested in taming one of these, but have heard some people say they are no longer spawning babies. Can anyone confirm this,and if they are still spawning can you give me a good location to look for them.

I've yet to see any babies since the patch for the Giants. Only the normal Peckos. Always see plenty of the Giant adults but never any babies anymore. So dunno if they are gone or just rare as all get out.

I saw a giant peko peko baby last week sometime, so they must just be really rare.

I seem to be very lucky though, so far when I go out looking for babies, I find them almost right off the bat (but I'm only 1-1-1-1, so I'm not looking for realhigh level babies yet

I don't have one, but I have a realiable sorce that says that he say one spawn last week.

I don't think these spawn babies anymore...I killed about 15 of them two days ago and never saw one baby...

Babies were nerfed long ago. Trust me I have wasted many a lair, but hey got lots of avian meat.

I hear that babies are not spawning anymore, is this true? I have one and am looking to get rid of it on Starsider if anyone is interested.

Yes, it's true that they no longer have babies. I also have one as a pet, but I rarely use it...I keep my because it's more of a novelity..like a couple of my other pets that no longer have babies.

Hi all,

I was wondering if this creature is tameable. I checked a nest and no babies came out, even did the respawn trick. Some sites say it IS tameable and at level 20, butI have heard from others that recently babies have disappeared. I would really like to know because I think this is one of the coolest mobs in the game, and I would really like to add one to my collection. Thanks!

P.S. I am also having trouble finding Giant Veermonk babies, another which I would like to tame. Please share where you got yours.
