HI
the other day i bought a level 10 BEed kaadu for 380K very nice stats 2 special attacks etc etc
i asked a CH to tame it for me because i wanted to use it as a mount also.
i got back a kaadu level 12 , different HAM different attack speed different to hit bonus.
i was told by this CH that he did not know what happened.
i was frustrated so i started CH to discover
Bought another 380k pet tamed and trained it myself and had no problems, only this time i could not tame it to be a mount (not the proper kind of pet) my pet kept all the stats (damage dropped to half thou) and CL was still the right one
sincerely, did that CH scam me?
if not is that a known bug?
if yes should/could i report him?

380k!! for a kaadu?? was this one of the ones with 10k HAM? i sure hope it was. . . .

yes 10k 8k 5k 49% kinetic and something in blast too, crtippling strike and dizzy

1) you overpaid by about 300k
2) it was probably level 12 to begin with, did you actually look at the stats on the deed? The title can say level 10 and the deed could be actually be a level 12
3) You should not need a creature handler to tame a level 10 pet deed with a non agro skin (the CH DID NOT scam you). I would talk to theBio Enginner, this is no bug.
4) a pet like this should be getting nerfed soon I would think, so be ready for that.
5) Similar pets like this (already overpriced on Kauri) are going for about 100k. I woul dhave never paid more than 30k for one. (not that i have a need, but they are not worth 30k if you are fighting anything other than a sand beetle tbh, these pets are deemed by many on this board as overpowered, however they are truly no more powerful than the sand beetle was back in the day with no lite armor.
I would get in touch with the bio engineer, you can show him the pet is level 12 and was titled level 10 from the confirm e-mail that shows the description of the deed.
Don't stand for this bro, it might have been an honest mistake on the bio engineer's part, but if you bring it up to him in a nice but forceful fashion, I bet you will get good results. Especially if you mention that you would like to continue being one of his customers.

was the one he gave you back level one at the time? if it was grown, then the ch screwed you..there are really only 2 things that could have happened, either it was a levl 12 and you mis read(unlikely) or he kept it and gave you another..

380K!?! Sheese... I pay 30k for my CL 30-35 pets.... Man... But I agree, what is listed in teh description is up to the BE, the detail on teh deed, that's what counts, maybe they were not the same. As a nonCH you can tame, just not train.

Yeah, I agree, no one tried to screw ya, even though that is what happened in the end. He probably just mislabeled the deed, thast is the most likely answer.

even if the deed was mislabled..a simple /exam would have shown the true stats..i doubt the be included things like bth and attack speed in the title...it just sounds VERY fishy to me.i think the ch kept your uber non -ch either for himself or as a political statement...some ch's are extremely opposed to these animals.
*also i would tend to think a be, who knows how to make one of these, probably knows his stuff, and knows the difference between lvl 10 and 12..if he is charging those prices it would not be in his best interest to mis label his non ch pets

Usually you see such high prices for a non-CH pet that can be used as a tank - so it would make sense if the kaadu was indeed a level 10 one...

1) i did read the description before and after buying the pet and it was the same CL10 10K health 8K action 5K mind .22 to hit 1.98 att speed two special attacks etc etc i cannot tell by heart but i remember because I WROTE that down on paper and the paper is at home (working atm)
2) i gave it to the CH because i need to be trained to be a mount and i wasnt sure i could trade pet from datapad, so to be sure i did not use tame right away
i received a level 9(12) pet
i admit i overpaid for the pet but after looking for BEs (tried the BE forum list too )and sending several mails that was the only place i found one and i don't care about the money but the fact that the CH scammed me, as i said right after that i bought another and i would have bought 4 more just to be sure if it was a bug worth i could reproduce i f i had found it was a bug.
the BE has been very attentive but i dont want to get another pet for free from him now that i KNOW it was the CH who scammed me.
as for the political statement what would you say if when you give your uber wep to a smuggle they kept it just as a statement? are you kidding me?
i admit i am a noob to CH and my main concern still is ARE THOSE PETS TRAINABLE TO BE MOUNTS? because it could be (i doubt it ) that after being trained to be mounts the pets suffer a raise in CL level and/or change of stats, but so far it seems it was just a plain scam

and i got the info from the pet by examining, the name was actually quite different something like UBER pet and just the HAM stats.
as you see i examined all the stats , to check to hit mod special attack types, resistances, attack speed, damage.
now the second pet (level 9 that i trained myslef after starting CH)had a 110 130 damagewhen you examine the BEd deed, but now that it has reached adult the actual damage is 55-65.

If you have a level 9(12) pet, then he screwed you. I would report him to CS. Valid points all around. Also, whomever said political statement.... ppft. Seriously, those level 10 pets are overrated, if they had armor, I would be a bit upset about non ch's having them. Without it, they go down FAST.

You can not train a pet to mount when its first tamed. It has to grow for a few days before it can be used for that. And if you gave him the deed and got back a CL 9 (12) pet either he made an honest mistake and gave u the wrong pet back, took it and deleted it from some personal vendetta, or screwed you over. Also just so ya know when you tame a BE pet it has a check to make sure its stats are acceptable and your pet COULD have gotten caught byt his check. The check is buggy and lets these 10k ham pets through but says pets with like 4k are invalid.
