the BE has been very attentive but i dont want to get another pet for free from him now that i KNOW it was the CH who scammed me.
as for the political statement what would you say if when you give your uber wep to a smuggle they kept it just as a statement? are you kidding me?
you were DEFINATELY screwed my friend..i would report the ch to the authorities..there is NO way a freshly tamed pet of any kind would/could be returned lvl 9..
there have been numerous threads on the ch forums how thse pets are abominations and need to be removed form the game, many ch's say they will refuse to tame them, as they feel the strength of the pet undemines the profession (that is the political stement i referered to earlier, one with which i disagree)..it is possible he kept it so you wouldn't have it..even so this is wrong and it is not up to him to remove uber no-ch pets one at a time..
personally, haveing done a good bit of be..i think they are good work, by a skilled mbe
the ch needs to be reported..he robbed you of 380k, might not be a lot of credits to you, but i'm sure it is to someone, and he will probably keep doing it

thanks everybody for your feedback i now feel confident enough as to mail that CH and ask for my pet back and an apology or a report if i don't get it back.
after all it could have been that he gave me the wrong pet back, (i doubt it because i told him that the pet didi not look at all like mine and he said he did not know why)
the thing with the increased CL you said made me think for a second if it could have happened to him (after all this pet had 49% kinetic resis)but then again i gave him a fresh pet and got back a level 9(12) trained to mount pet and i gather that is not possible.

Sorry to get off topic here.
This is the MAJOR BS us MCH have to deal with in this game. Why on earth is a non-CH allowed to use a pet such as this. A Fricken mount that is able to tank for a non-CH. About the only difference in this mount and a pet of mine is the AR1 which doesnt add up to much.
I really hope this Kaadu you bought was an exploit of the BE.
It's total and utter BS what we MCH have to deal with in this game. Makes me think maybe the CH you traded the pet to didnt just destroy it like I would have out of rage over just how decayed the MCH profession has become.
Name is stated in my sig, anyone brings me a non CH pet like this IT WILL BE DESTROYED!!! and replaced with a true non CH pet a damned Lesser Dewback.
HKowalsky I don't blame you in any way all blame falls on SoE for giving a BE the option to place in the hands of a non CH a near MCH type pet. SoE has trouble in seeing what is wrong with a game and what is right. Why bother being a MCH when you can be a temploiter and still have that MCH type tank.
I am pissed ....

Wow. If that is true, you did get scammed. But, I think that much money is way too much for that pet.

CSR say they cannot do anything but mail him and him to give me back the pet for now, if he fails to do so i don't know if they will do something.
i tried to speak with the CH but he was either AFK or did not want to reply to my messages.
Dust-Mite i understand NOW that these pets are no good for the CH proffesion because they are available to non CH , but wouldn't a master be able to have 3 BEd pets at the same time with great stats and low level ?
(if BE can do that with level 10 i don't want to imagine what they can do with level 23, actually i went to the BE forums and they can get pets like those but with LA at level 12 and higher level for bigger damage output )
Actually i find my new pet a great help as CH (i picked the prof to know how it worked after being scammed ) because due to its low level i can kill really low level creatures and get CH xp bigger than 1
also are you saying that that CH had any right to destroy my pet? i would have understood if he denied me the training and then exposed his reasons so i could understand them. As i said before if you Get a Uber NS lance and traded to a Smuggler to Slice and he destroyed it alledging how it is unfair that those uber drops are only for Melee professions would you be pissed? i sure would be.
I want to thank all the CHs that have explained me the facts. you are great and yes i was PWNED !! and scammed but thats how we learn most of the time.

I've tried the 3 level 10 cats before and they are weak compared to the armored cats with the 60% kinetic. These cats are good for the novice ch starting out in the profession until they can control a higher level cat that can have armor.
