Sio, I don't have faith in 'em either, but I'm an eternal optimist andI still love this game.

I'd also like to get some reports on how the new pet specials work. I already know the pets are nerfed, I already know Bio-Engineers are gonna geta lot of my credits.

What I don't know is if pet specials are gonna save us. If they don't, TKA/Smuggler combo will be the best profession after this nerf.

when does this go live?

Sometime next week, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday is my guess.

Tivo Bro.....I found one lair with both King and Queen harvesters on it. In the way up n/w plateau, just before it drops to the desert. Its all green and flat there. This was thursday night...I popped it and circled on my bike, everything but the kitchen sink came out. Also...I added 66 Frenzied Grauls ears to my pile yesterday...still no baby. Considering what I've done to date with the Frenzieds I am loosing faith that rares are active on TC. I am assuming that they are cl51 and up because I have not seen one baby in that class. No one else has that can prove it either. I dont understand why not though...the webmaster is back so why not the rare's....the worst possible thing would be to find out that a heavily nerfed webmaster is the rare spawn after all. well guys, it seems Scottie is right. unless for some crazy reason they are waiting to put the "rare" babies only on live, it seems as if we are once again not getting the pets we want. and despite certain claims, some babies just plain arent out there. heres a new list with ones crossed out that seem will not be spawning babies...considering all the time i have spent on endor the past week and Starmage has spent killing frenzied grauls, i think its safe to say they wont be reproducing this season. however, some will be left un-crossed off as well as greybecause i feel they still have a slim chance

My apologies if it has already been posted, but I have yet to see TC stats on the Bark Mite Burrower Queen. Does anyone have them, please?

According to TH's "Creatures Approaching Part 3," babies CL 60+ are supposed to be "very, very rare." His exact words were:

It does seem a little odd that even creatures CL 50-60 aren't being found (and very few 40-50). Then again, "rare" is a kind of relative term, and we don't really know what impact (if any) the standard lair-tapping techniques have on the odds of producing a baby rare. I'll ask if what we're seeing is by design.

Hi Vertexon. Glad to hear from ya as always.

I can see your point, and yes, it is true. But it just seems that a frenzied graul would have been found by now (thats just one example). I mean, everyone on TC was countlessly searching for a baby. I know starmage himself said he has gone through like 120 lairs himself alone.

But...I'm sure we'l lfind out when it goes live cause we'll have 10 times the number of peoeple looking for these "rare" pets

hey starmage...i found that flat green plateau you were talking about. i did not see one single merek. maybe i was in the wrong area? i searched all along it on the cliffs then into a huge plains area then along the desert there was a little strip of flat green land...not any kind of mereks at all. i'm making my way back to the outpost now : /
