shocking news and a disgraceful lack of warning for us all also

whats the point in gettin gour hopes up about cl80 pets, taming necklaces and the like when the whole profession is about to be royally nerfed ? why lie to us about ToOw content that lasts 2 weeks total ?

so upsetting for those of us who found CH to be the most fun to be had in this game and especially those of us who've stuck with this noble profession through thick and thin, since 2003 and the major nerfs to its power - to finally be rewarded recently with pet specials and higher level pets only to have it all rudely ripped away just as we're beginning to get our teeth in to the fine new system, it all has to go

so sad for the BEs who put so much effort into creating the finest pets and the noble CHs who fought valiantly to tame the best and get the best BE pets.

such a terrible loss that suddenly it all comes down to a few crappy cl10 and under pets

pathetic SOE where is your heart ? this game isnt only played by little children wanting FPS fast action all the way, you strip away any depth the game has and dont care that everyone is against it

very disappointing indeed.

A sad day for this game and for our proffession. Will miss it and those I played with.

I can't believe it's come to this, but what was I really expecting? The writing was sorta on the wall for what was going to happen to CH. If not now, sometime next year. And it friggin stinks. I finally came back to CH because it's what I really wanted to play after playing some less than fun combat classes, only to find we are being eliminated from the game. I don't know what to say, do and feel about the matter.

For the first time since launch, I think I may actually be leaving the game if this doesn't work out.

I'm not currently a CH, I haven't been one since about February. But it was one of the most enjoyable professions I've ever played. I always planned on going back to it at some point with one of my characters. I can't believe SOE did this and I am so sorry for all of you who kept with it despite the terrible nerf and the joke of an revamp. I still remember when I dropped CH. I couldn't bring myself to destroy (release...) my pets, I hadformed a bond with them. I gave them all away to grinding CH. I went from city to citydoing searches to find CH, then offered themtheir choice. The last one I gave away was Scratch, my Greater Sludge Panther. When I finally found a baby GSL I didn't have the skill to tame him, and my friend stayed with the spawn for over an hour while I grinded the last of the box I needed to tame him and went and trained. Some of my fondest memories are from when I was a CH. I can't imagine SWG without it. I'm sorry everyone. I can't begin to imagine how you feel.I know a lot of you will probably never play again and I'm sure I've run intomany of you atone point or another whether we know each other or not. Good luck to all of you, it was a helluva ride while it lasted

Based on the general dev attitude its obvious that they do not care who they chase off with this stinker they want to steal players from wow, and will accept loseing every player they have now to do it. They did really screw us up the yingyang this time they even went so far as to put items in to misdirect us as to their true intentions.

Even if they totally reversed themselves tommorrow I wouldnt stick around. This past week has shown just how sick and evil the developement team has become. So I say it with a glad heart I hope you all contract avian flu and die in the most painful manner possible, and when your dead and buried hopefully in the deep deep deep south those nice folks down there will save you some extra special torture.

What is truly sad is they got me BACK from WoW. And quite a few others that I know. Then the wookie world appeard and we saw scribblings on a wall. Now the scribblings have become legeble.

Speaking of mounts, I'm sure my son is going to ask about the Level 65 MCH mount he got from ROTW..that looks to be worthless (in playability) now too

Tiggs said level 10's and below can be called out still and all the others remain in out datapad.
