Consumable item.
Impulse scanner and homing beacons looted off of Blackguard NPC's
Comm Unit was looted off the NPC's at the Northern Jedi Ruins.
Still looking.

Look what the commandos found out..
Lava Cannon = D. Battery + D. Battery + D. Magnetic Cleaner
An NPC named Voakar Duset (elite) had D. Batter in all 4 instance that I killed him (2 times on live with my Jedi, and 2 times on TC with my pikesman), and everytime he used TK skills on me. The NPC with the Magnetic Cleaner (Captain Relgon Starkill boss mob) is surrounded by commando NPCs, and he had that loot each time I killed him also.
Now theHeavy Republic Flamer takes the D. Magnetic Cleaner, an item looted off the NPCs around Captain Starkill, and a lootoff another boss in that area. Given that theseitems are found on commando/bh NPCs, does it surprise anyone that they turn into commando weapons? So now what are we missing?
I wouldn't doubt that one or two would be looted from creatures along quests like.. The Deadly Raptors, and Beasts From the East. I also think the last item will be a boss loot like A Warmly Glowing Poison Gland from the225k healthscorpion boss, or A Dimly Glowing Bacta Ampule from the Ancient Turlus boss in the Old Research Facility.

Have you noticed that out of the entire database, not ONE item of jewelry has been produced?

yes and the BE and DE rings were boss mob drops...so why isnt out necklace one? if soe is letting us use cl 80 then atleast give us an idea on the means to even start taming the darn creatures.

I just killed a giant scorpion named Malfosa around the Burning plains. CL80 (hint hint) maybe
but i looted a (warmly glowing poison gland)
now i dont have the cube yet but
heres a theory.... glowey item from a cl80 thingy...necklace for lvl 80 pet control
what do you guys think

I also heard such a rumor, you have to take out his guards that heal him, and I think there's a way to get the healers to heal you instead

Does anyone know ifit ismodelled aftera necklace or a medal? If it's a necklace, there are species restrictions, but if the modelling was based on a medal, there are no species restrictions. Maybe they used a completely different model. I really really hope they didn't design a species restrictive taming item... the CH forum is usually a really nice place to visit, but that would turn this place really ugly I'm afraid.

Think about it, SOE + the current DEV team = One big screw for the species that is most suited to be a CH.
I have never been anything but a Wook CH since I started over two years ago and to be honest, nothing that happens would shock me anymore.
