Thread: -) The Master Tamer's Necklace (-
A quick question for those that have tried, if you throw the 3 items in and do not get a new item do you lose the 3 items or can you take them back out? I have several items, most barely or faint glow, and would like to start some combos. I think the necklace will come from the cube but agree it might require higher end loot. Anyone try using the created items to make something new? Would the cube accept an item it made? Just some quick thoughts I had.

Personally, I think the key is going to unlocking the CL80 capabilities is going to involve multi-generations of the necklace. For example, we find the key to the necklace in the first place and generate it, unlocking cl72. To unlock CL74, we may need to combine the necklace itself + 2 other items. To unlock CL76, we'd need to combine the CL74 result + 2 other items.
Using this logic, it may be possible to unlock the necklace with barely glowing items. Then, to unlock the CL74, we may have to usefaintly glowing items...
...and etc. until we get the CL80 capability.
Remember that the hint was related to the Rubik's cube. To solve the rubik's cube, u had to use a pattern that focused first on 1 side of the cube and then build the first layer, the second layer, and then the 3rd layer.
This would also be in line with the BE profession ofusing 2nd and 3rd generation DNA to get a specific quality/feature into a BE pet.
None of this is based on empirical data and/or anything that anyone has told me from experience...just my "guess" at how it had to be done.
Cheers...
god, it's how to get Jedi all over again.

No one found this in beta and no one has yet found this in live. Can we please get dev confirmation that this has been implemented in the game?
For months after Kasyyyk went live, people were frantic to find the cybernetic legs -- until the devs admitted that they were never implemented due to "balance issues".

Would not surprise me. Jedi wasn't live when the game launched. They just turned it on one day, despite claims to the contrary, and the first Jedi had an unlock experience unlike any since.
They have a real problem with being honest, the developers do.
Well, it's going slow, but progress is being made, they were at 34 items in the DB yesterday, and now were at 41. I'm sure things will pick up a lil once we actually hit live, then slow down after a while as it becomes harder to find new ones, so doing some quick math..........60+ glowie items,....350,000 combinations....pre-orders..........
........carry the one,.........Live Nov 1st..............(186,000 mpsX the number of MCH / the number of non-CH that throw it away)........................DING!!!! OK, we shall have the necklace on or about ...........................................drum roll........................................April 15th 2006 ![]()

Brain Hurts...did I miss any combination?
I am hoping some items will be identified as catalysts, meaning they show up in the most workable recipes, enabling us further to decode our mystery.
some combos have repeating components... ie. 2 glowing batteries and something else.
