I've seen and killed a Graul Marauder on Dant just a few days ago...It is an elite 50 not 70. And it was a single spawn not around any layers. If it was a baby, it couldn't have conned 70...It would have been either 6 or 7.
I think showing the creature level is bugged at the moment. Sometimes it shows something low for baby's like <10 like it should. And others it isa baby but shows the adult creature level. I tamed a baby that was showing level 68 a week ago.
Just remember this game does have bugs and just because someone posts something you haven't seen, doesn't mean it's not true.

Keep in mind that lair that are generated for missions give the creatures and artificially high level. You can tell the difference between a "Mission Lair" and a normal lair by the name of the lair itself. Mission lairs have a name like "<creature name> Lair" (e.g. "Lantern Bird Lair" or "Bolle Bol Lair") while normal lairs are usually named like "a Dead Log" or "a Warren". If the creature type is mentioned in the name of the lair then don't trust the adult level.
Also, babies tamed from a Mission Lair will not become the level of the adults from that lair but will become the level that creature type normally attains.

Well I am guessing that the one I saw was bugged. That whole area of Naboo I was in, near the narglatch cave, seemed to be buggy. However, all the male plains tusk cats were spawning as CL22. I saw a mission lair that was CL80 fambaas, but I was in a good group last night on naboo and we couldnt pull any missions over 50. I also saw a spawn of Gungans all CL 82 nearby. I have also been seeing a lot of CL410 Bolle bols with 19k health. I got kind of excited at the prospect of actually being able to group hunt out of our player city on naboo and get XP, but it doesnt seem to be the case. Obviously a lot of bugs going on. I finally got all three of my female narglatches last night, after three days of looking and crashing, so I can get off Naboo for a change.

But also can stand for " Grassland Slice Hound". I'm not sure which he meant, but both are good (for now).
Found a thune grassland guardian (baby)on Dantooine, on Starsider tonight. I tamed it on the 4th try, it's mom and dad only aggro'd me once. Was exciting, and I think it looks pretty darn cute.
It was a wild spawn at 325, 2219 - just about 1000m from the Mining Outpost.

the narglatches for sure. Have you ever seen them fighting ?
Definately if the pet owners are lvl80 and they group with their nargs...
