You a medic. Your time would be better spent looking for Grand Wrix. They make better pets, simpe fact, GSP have no armor, spend your day healing them. GW, have light armor, actually can solo better with them IMHO.
Wrong. If you need your pet for critter tanking (that means kinetic damage) you want a GSP, not a GW. Go read Sony's guide on what armor and resists mean. Everybody thinks light armor is the be all and end all... if it was so, why is a mauler so much better than a simple graul? They both have light armor, but a mauler has better kinetic resist - and so does a GSP compared to a GW: 60% kinetic for the GSP against light armor (thats 25%) plus 25% kinetic resist on the GW plus a GSP has 1500 more HAM. Dont be mistaken though, this is only true when your pet is tanking a target that does kinetic damage.

actualli i have teams of both, yes the gsp is better than the gw. however the boar wolf found on endor is better than both of them. lvl 25 9000 50 percent kinetic. if you get the ravager it is even stronger and has death blow.

I've been searching for days without being able to spot a sludge panther or a lair . Any Ideas on where the best places to look for them on Talus ?

You need to add up your boxes, since CL taming is spread throughout the boxes now. Check you ctrl-s and scroll over your skill abilities on the left hand side. It will tell you max levelof petyou can tame.

just in case you missed it, you do know that you can only train babies right? Sometimes I forget this as in other games I could walk up and tame anything provided it didn't try to eat me. In SWG they do need to be a baby.
Of course maybe you know this but just checking, sometimes someone misses that one.
