I admit I aven't rad all of the books but where does it say that he can ride the rancor.

It has been established that the only one who can ride rancors are night sisters.

Yeah guys, I know the bugfixes are a very high priority. They've been passed along to the Devs, so there's not really much more to discuss in that regard here.

A feature request like cool new mounts would undoubtably take time to do. I think it would be wise to multi-task and at least put it on the table, so the Devs can work it in at the best time.

Thanks for all the feedback, by the way. I think the general consensus does seem to be a desire for cool "CH-specific" or "Master CH specific" mounts as a faction perk (similar to the cool weapons that members of other professions get certed for).

Exactly, have a cool mount for mid lvl C/H, but also a mount specific only to MCH, preferably a flier (Giant Peko Peko!) And while we are at it....go with the mounted attack suggestion for MCH only!! This would be great! Flying mount should be FAST.

Sounds like Planetside, i hope its "ok" to mention another SOE product unlike mentioning "WoW." But i must say This game would be much more involved if our Battlefields worked like PS. Where actual aiming ability is taken into account rather than eyeshot spam.

Vert I think you hit the nail on the head there.
The Devs know our problems (well Vert has told them at least) and there is already a petition for the higher level creatures to start spawning babies (go and sign if you haven't ).

I would vote for a CH/Master CH specific mount that could keep up with the speed of vehicles, and maybe have a some sought of use in combat. I could see how riding a Rancor would be cool but I think most people would get tired of it pretty quickly, it would not be very useful. It would be a much better I idea to travel in a vehicle and pull out the Rancor when you get to your destination it would just take a lot less time, Rancors are too slow, not to mention Grauls.

As to making mounts future and present more useful take a look at Pluto9Moon's post "Animal Armor/PvP/Mounted weapons." (sorry I don't know how to link to a post, feel free to tell me how for future reference ) I just bumped it to make it easy to find.
