Read my previous message...he lied to you...he has NOT posted proof. He knew that he could get a few people believing in his BS without having to post real proof. He is laughing at you everytime you post a bit of your hope that his BS is correct.

I've never used image dump before because I prefer to use my own webhosting space since I have no restrictions like image dump has.
If this were legit we would have proof...so I call BS on this.
Wish the mods would deal with people like this...and by deal I mean ban from the forums then draw and quarter them.
If I am wrong about the poster and he is not a lier then he should prove me wrong by posting a picture of the necklace that he took in game. If he doesn't then it's BSplain and simple.

That's not what he said. He said he tried to tell us, and everyone is screaming foul because he didn't post a screenie. If people did that to me, I'd say "screw it" also, and never try to share useful information with you again. I find extremely unlikely that this is a cube item, and much more believable that it's a loot drop from a high end NPC. Most of the people that I've talked to about this that aren't CH's can't fathom that this kind of item would come from the CUBE. The CH necklace is the perfect quest item loot. Even if Doombringer isn't the NPC that drops it, I'd still rather try him then making random guesses on a silly little cube. Either way, that quest has got to be more fun the camping spawns for glowy items that may or may not give me what I want.

Ever heard of reading between the lines? That's what you need to do to figure out he lied to you...he is admitting to you that he lied but due to his cleverly disguised admission...it looks as if it was him just giving up.
he tried to tell us nothing...he knew that the majority would accept nothing short of a screenshot as proof...and he knew he could get a group of people to believe in his idea that's it's a loot drop without posting a single shred of proof that it actually is.
Believe what you want...the only evidence we have pointing to where it is, is the post hinting about the cube...
Either way I'm going about playing the game as I normally would...I'm not trying anything and every little thing to try to get the necklace...I still have plenty of quests to do and plenty of abilties I need to get off creatures. If I happen to get a few glowie items and the combination isn't in the database yet, I'll give them a try. Until someone posts proof (only a screenshot is proof...there is no proof in this thread)of where we get it from I'm not putting any real effort into getting the necklace. I'd suggest everyone just go about playing the game as you normally would if there were no necklace...eventually it'll be found and eventually everyone will have one. Chances are someone will stumble across it whether it's in a quest as a loot drop or from a combination on the cube.

Immediately i read a post like this i go back through the posters old posts to see what their credability is like, i have to say kaars doesnt seem the wind up type, but this lack of a sceenshot and the fact its trick or treat hasnt convinced me yet.

While I disagree with this being a loot drop from final NPC in an extremely hard dungeon. Im glad I know what drops it now because my guild was the first on my server to craft a jetpack and for awhile even while others could do it none were as efficent at it as us (We have like 2 jedi in our guild at most). This was Pre-CU of course but I feel pretty confident that I will be able to complete this quest enough times to get the necklace.

In an effort to state all facts about this instance...I give you this...
If you look back at the poster's past posts you see that he was on the BE board looking for a lvl 80 angler on the 27th...he quickly got told to go to the trade forum. Yet there are no posts by him in any of the trade forums.

infer what you like from that fact...but I will say this...why was he looking for a lvl 80 angler 4 days ago if he just looted the necklace this morning...read between the lines and you can come to a few conclusions from that fact to support both sides of this issue...

ive posted a thread on the items and loot forum looking for confimation - if it does drop from doombringer then i cant believe only one person has got it on all the galaxies so far..

I definetly know that the post could be him getting an angler ahead of the rush...but I also know he has posted no proof to back up his claim that he found it.
When hesupposedly gave up trying to tell people where to get it he hadn't exactly been bashed a great deal about not providing proof. Seemed like he gave up a little too early. Why do I say he gave up too early? Because anyone coming here without screenshot proof but with a necklace would have stuck around a while longer trying to provide more proof other than the screenshot.
Don't believe it until you get a screenshot...
