Glad I saw this.

I've posted a warning to Musicians and Dancers regarding this, so that their Entertainer Droids aren't lured away from them.

I'm sorry folks, this is awful - no one should ever be able to essentially yank your weapon out of your hand, leaving you defenseless.

As you can't call pets in combat, you CH's could get hit really hard with this, and it needs to be fixed ASAP in my opinion.

This is not cool.

Kinda of nice having other professions supporting us for once. Yet, CH's get screwed on the delay and no calling while in combat. Our pets do serve as our weapons, but we are restricted from using them unless they are already out before something bad happens...

I am sorry but this seems like a very minor problem to me just /stay your pets?

Consider this.

Someone walks up to you, and uses the /summon command on the weapon you are holding in your hand, and it goes into his inventory until you /summon it back to you. That would kinda suck huh?...

So if someone /reassures your pet and they sit/lay down, is that griefing too? Might as well take that command out too.

I want to add the fact that i have no problem with the /summon command infact i'm all for keeping it in the game .. its only idiots who are moaning about it because they are either A: leaving there pets all over town or B: blocking vital terminals/droids.. IMO if you leave a pet alone in a town its your own damn fault if its not there when you get back.

Isn't this true in real life ?

SOE should this add to the EULA .. Pets are parked at the owners risk !

I'd have no problem with that, if we were given the ability to /summon other people's belongings...

I watched someone do this to an entertainer who had their droid out. The entertainer and droid were in a cantina and the droid was being used as designed in the entertainers show. So how is this an idiot blocking something?

The command has no place in the game; its good for nothing but griefing people. Once summoned you cannot command the pet or do anything with it, you are just stuck with it following you everywhere.

was also wondering how that player parks his/her pets, as mine do not have a steering wheel and reversegear

Annother note, It's kind of hard to PvP when your pet has to have the stay/follow commands constantly in use to prevent someone from running by and taking your pet for a walk.

Happened to me yesterday.
