You can't pull an AT or a pet out of thin air. The restrictions are still in force. If you are in combat you can't call diddly. Second calling a pet in PVP is insta death for most pets and CH's so why do it. If you don't have a well thought out plan before you initialize combat you are half dead before the fight starts.

Example, I set my cat to guard, follow another player, it appears that he is the CH, if someone takes a moment to "examine" either the pet or the person in PVP they are dead. Basically PVP lasts about 5 to 10 seconds when dealing with elite combat professions, if you honestly think some one is going to lose their advantage by looking at who owns what you haven't pvped enough. They attack said person, they expect the pet to stop attacking, it doesn't. It deals 500 points of damage and stuns and disease. I have seen buffed players in full composite armor running from my pet because of the fear of disease and damage. And then I kill them. I have not taken advantage of anything except a well thought out plan, a strategy that works, and panic.

REALITY, WAR IS HELL. You want to do PVP there are no rules, don't make em up, don't expect others to play by your rules of fair play, doesn't work, do care. You enter PVP and it's no holds barred. Heck ran into a guy the other day that was basically impervious to our attacks, fencer tkm swordsman, his defensive stacks are so high we could not hit him, even with AT ST and FLamethrowers, swordsman. The only thing that took him out was a CM. We didn't cry, we just sat back and said, WOW this guy is incredible, and it was fun dying and finally killing him. Oh by the way he was a good sport too.

Oh and a couple of days ago I was standing overt, thought i was covert character thing said I was, a yellow dot, BH overt Rebel strolls up and blows me away. I get out of the cloning station, met him on the way, laughed, chatted had a good time told him good job, was sad i missed my shuttle, was glad he didn't blow my droid away. Hey it happens, was I griefed, I don't know, don't care, I was overt, he was overt, he killed me. Clone, get up, go back to work. Quit all the whining about being griefed. Geez.

CH can't grief anyone but architects, and if an architect gets mad, he'll drop a house on you . NERF ARCHITECTS THEY ARE TOO POWERFUL.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.
