Thread: Most Common Pets at all Tamer levels (detailed)
Best thread to hit this board since Crooth's FAQ. Great job - many kudos to the original poster and subsequent contributors.
One question for Crooth: Your list is a great reference for PvE creature-huntingpets. Could you please do the same thing with HAM and Energy resists so we could compare PvP/NPC pet effectiveness?

I'm surprised people use the greater sludge panther or grand wrix instead of a plain ole quenker from dant. Just the basic quenker is CL22, 4500ham, ar1 and 40% to all resists except cold. For something that low of a CL, its stats are pretty impressive.

updated and moved usable 1/1 pets (but tamable at 2/1) up a tier
A mention of note, if the creature is from 10-14, 20-24, 30-34, 40-44 then it can be called out with one less training then taming skill (ie. 3/2/0/0 for a level 34 graul mauler)
Wookies are one tier above other races as usual (and we know this tardies so stop posting it)

I have a really DUMB NOOB question about CH and being a Wookiee? So being a Wookiee, when I look at this Chart I can start training things on the 1/1/0/0 ??? I can really train a Greater Sludge Panther and a Grand WriX??? That would be awesome... If this is true I need to go find one of each and sell the 2 CG, 1 MK and 1 Veermok I have tamed a few days ago?

I'm not sure if a novice ch wookie can immediately tame a grand wrix (although i would assume so since you have the +10 taming) you *might* need at least 0/1/0/0 but im not too sure with wookies.
however you can't sell your pets until you get at least 0/0/0/4 and train them with the transfer command (unless you got the pets from someone who pre-trained them, or you bought the pets from a BE and haven't trained them yourself yet)
Just wanted to say that as a novice BE and novice CH, this list is very helpful.

I think I can sell these Creatures because they are all NON-Creature Handler pets? I tamed them all and I am a 0/0/0/0...

ahh yer right, any creature with a cl lower then 15 that isnt aggro can be traded via the trade window np.
and its a great way to make some profit as a low level tamer selling rock beetles and such as added pvp pets to non-ch's!
