I found that if I assign my pets to guard me then I don't have the problem with them leaving my side, so far its worked.

Thanks, I will try this again. I thought when I tried it, it didn't work but I was so frustrated by that point that I could easily be wrong. The problem is you should not have to d that. You tamed, raised and trained this animal. If you tell it to come it should do that, if you tell it to stay it should stay. I know stay didn't work because I tried that several times. I do know spaming the come command worked, but seriously should we have to put up macros that endlessly loop saying come so our loyal pets will follow us.

Most of us in love and pride for this profession have spent long hours tracking and searching for these high level pets, and especially for the really hard to find babies. Often dying or being frustrated after taking out lair after lair just trying to find one baby we might have a chance to train. Then in one fell swoop bang no more control. We have been all struggling to find our back after the devs have nerfed us so bad so many times that we just are not viable in many ways, so we started looking for the really rare high level baby spawns so we could get pets that would last a while in a fight, now once you have them you can't use them. This is totally wrong.

But just my opinion.

No probs I feel your frustration

As for the guard command I tried that aswel it didnt work for me, as soon as something showed up on the radar my pet was offin his own world, which is verybad, I want to walk around with my pets, comes to something when your pet shows no loyalty to you

I have noticed something with my Veermok. He seems to develop bloodlust. He is controlable when I first call him, then after one or two attacks he starts to stray but only if the creatures are really, really low level. However if I take out 10-15 creatures in a row no force on earth can control him, the follow command will get him to head in my direction but if ANYTHING spawns he heads for it before comming all the way back to me. If I can get him to stay in a camp with me for 15 min he returns to his obedient self until I have him kill a bunch again. It could just be luck but I have observed this behavior pattern for three days now.
