Thread: Controversial Question
As far as I can tell, the bike storage bug happens after you repair a vehicle then use it for awhile. Sometimes, when you go to store the vehicle, it will not store properly and just sit there on the screen after you have told it to store. What happens is, the next time you call the vehicle, is as if the vehicle had never been repaired and it reverts to its damage level it had just before you last repaired it.
I've had this happen several times to me and it is annoying as all get out having to pay to have the repair done twice. So I found you can prevent this from happening if you store your vehicle immediately after repairing it, then recalling it out. It seems to prevent the bug from happening.
Now, back to the topic....

It was supposed to be fixed already.
BUT! What I've noticed is that whenever they say they fixed something that I never noticed, is when it BECOMES a problem. They said pets no longer stop at zone lines, then I noticemy pets now stop at zone lines. They said they fixed the problem with pets auto-storing during a fight, I said "oh no, now they're gonna store during a fight". And they started doing that. There's plenty of other examples, I just can't remember all of them. Start noticing though, its a blast.

Actually, when they say they have fixed a knownbug (or"exploit" depending on how you look at it) is when people should be really careful about it, as they have generallyadded logging for whatever it is/was. Sometimes they even add the logging before they announce the fix...
LOL, there's a bunch of hogwash (not to you Meroc, to the Devs). If you can log the exploit, you should equally be able to fix it. Trapping the errorsis 90% of the problem. Geez.
Since all the "fixes", BE sales have dropped off. I think the confidence level in CL is so far down no one wants to take a chance on having an untameable or getting it nerfed when tamed. Since the whole system is screwed up, I can't see this as an exploit, though I don't want to see non-CHs calling these pets either.
I think anything that can't be fixed after 3 patches should be called a "feature" -- move along...
