I have a bad feeling about this necklace and Wookiees or other races being able to use it.

In Beta on Mustafar I completed a quest that gave a reward necklace that had a small bonus to health (something like plus 50). As a wookiee I could not equip it due to racial restrictions! Why can't a wookiee wear a friggin necklace? Wooks can wear the other medallions and necklaces but not this Mustafar Medallion!

I sure hope this CH Necklace does not have restrictions for wooks etc.

I've got a bad feeling about this.

Maybe that reward has that restriction. I will admit it has been awhile since I tried to wear a necklace but I could were the nyx one that added to combat medic mod. Not sure if they are still around but I always thought that was funny of all the necklaces I could werar I could wear that one.

I am thinking it will be a combination of al of our suppositions. if any one plays WOW, and has played a HUNTER, you iwll remember that in order to tame X lvl pet, you first had to do three or four missions tameing certain pets and certain level pets before you could have the ability to tame any thing you wanted/could. as SWG SEEMS to take a soem what liberal reading of conseptual ownership rules, as all games do I am sure, and has been doing so for a while..hmm at least since WOW gaind such a populatrrity at least, I know there are an un-canny amount of smiliIarites between the two, am thinking that there will be a soem kind of quest based situation, where we migth recive the initial item, but that in order for us to be able to ge to lvl80 pets, we need to do something, at which point the reward is a new set of stats/ abilities mods or soemthing like that. possibly based on teh same code as teh hero of tat ring, where you have to do so many thing things, adn the end reward is the rez ring. wouldnot be hard to roll that code out and impliment it on mustafar., andin fact therewere at least three missions, in beta, that coudl easly be adapted to this by simply changing the wording and reward of the quest.

Being farely new to Galaxies and and nowMaster CH I was really excited by this item..... so much so that even though the game is nurfed for me at the moment (I was doing Jabba's palace before de-patch 24) I pre-ordered Trials today. I was going to do this before the patch spoiled my enjoyment of the game and have therefore managed to do myself out of the 8-player skiff

Would have been nice had the proposed immediate calling of pets been imp[lemented. Does anyone know if this is going to happen?

Was I correct in reading that the max level is still going to be 70??? If so, what's the point of it?...........starting to get disgruntled again (in my short Galaxies experience this is starting to be my main emote).

So it's definately still max of 70? No it can't be, it's a MASTER Taming. I must have the wrong end of the stick? It's max 80 with the necklace right?

Well I am hoping that swg would allow wookiees to wear this one item. If not will not be very happy and know it will probably get a hotfix.

Well, being a Wookie myself, this would cause me problems too. People who create a character with the intention of being CH are much more likely to be Wookies. If they wanted to create some loot to reward CH's then it wouldn't make sense not allowing Wookies to equip the necklace....or am I being naive?

I guess it's all just speculation at the moment
