Thread: Creature Handler Top 5 issues, post-CU edition
when using the pet its healthbar went down like nothing -according to thecombat log my pet's armour reduced the incoming damage by 1 pt
Ko, good list, number one is definitely the most pressing, and the easiest one to fix, if we can ever get the devs to pay attention to it. It's also far and away the most emblematic of the deplorable lack of professionalism and attention to detail of the SWG development team overall. There should be people in unemployment lines for this oversight.
I'd like you to include the folloing in your issues if at all possible:
Pet speeds when following a mount, and the speed at which cats move. Cats were severely nerfed in the CU and now no longer dash at mad speeds to attack, which is one of the reasons to have them. I note that peko pekos no longer bolt away at high speeds in the wild, either, and this is an emersion problem. Now, the mount thing is very much an RP issue from my perspective, and I know the developers hold RP oriented players in contempt, so I don't know if bringing it up will fall on deaf ears or not, probably will.

In far too many forums the new people coming into the profession is ignored for the veterans complaints.
We all have been there or are there and I commend you for not dropping this down on the list.
To me, this is one of the great things about CH
Even we masters, who have put the grind behind us, are vocal in support of new members of the brotherhood of creature handlers. I screamed about the two pets out for XP nerf, and I'll scream about the XP caps. We've got to take care of members of our profession who are just starting out.
And we do. The scouts and rangers are good about this, too, and it makes me proud of all the scout based professions, looking out for their own, knowing that they've walked the path as well and it matters that those walking it now get every consideration and all the support that we can give them.

This is so true. Thank you for your support Sio.Thehelpful community is part of the reason why i am scout/ CH/ ranger.
I have a lvl 197 Zucca boar in my datapad that I can't call.
It didn't convert properly in the CU and CSR couldn't help me.

1. CH XP caps at 20K XP, Tier 1 boxes require 175K.
Pretty obvious issue, totally gates new players entering the profession.
do you know any time that they will fix this?
starting to look that way isn't it?
