AFAIK the swamp stalker does not have a lair, you can only encounter single.

At least, I've never seen a lair.

I can only findadult spawns... of a single cat. Any suggestions on finding babies in relation to the adult single spawns?

Swamp Stalkers have babies, but its a very rare pet level 32 or 34 I think.

Hmm...wasnt so hard using the wp on swgcreatures......killed 6 sw of keren.....then went to the very far sw corner of map and killed 2 then a baby spawned...took me 1½hour

well if i could only find a bleedin great plains stalker that easy.....ive begun to believe they dont spawn on infinity.

I don't know what kind of black magic you guys are using to get the babies to spawn. I've killed at least 40 and still no babies!

Greetings,

I don't know if it's a blessing or a curse, but the spawn rates for Naboo on Shadowfire have been very spotty lately. The swamps to the east of Keren are little hot beds with spawns everywhere. The swamps to the south of Moenia are a complete no go. The swamps alog the bottom edge of the map have one or two staic spawn maybe every 2-3 kilometers.

The blessing is I have run across 6 spawns in a relatively short period of time 4 of them were were within 100m of one another. The bad news is, none of them spawned babies. The search continues.

Pem: Could you please tell me the general area where you found your great plains stalker? How many spawns did it take for you to find a baby? Was it a single adult spawn that you had to kill a few times to get a youngster, or was there a group of them?

I encountered a swamp stalker in the swamps to the E of Keren, about 1.75km out from the eastern edge of the city. I live in a player city located just W of the location where I ran into the swamp stalker. They aggro from extreme range and are quite impressive beasts.

Greetings,

Stanxley, the Great Plains Stalker tame occurred at -1519 1514, SE of Kor Vella. It was actually the first spawn I had come across. I had been looking for a cople of days. The spawn consisted of a single adult. The baby was the fourth in the line. I have only seen one other GPS spawn since. ATM on Shadowfire, the spawn rates seem screwed up on Corellia, soI have not even travelled around there that much.

Today was the best of times and the worst of times. I had a crappy day at work. I thought I might lose my job, which might be a blessing in disguise other than the fact I'd probably lose my house. Once I got home, my cat drove me nuts for most of the evening. He has a thyroid condition which makes him more vocal than ever, but tonight was especially bad. Every 15 minutes he would start yowling at the top of his lungs. My vet know his condition well and it's just a side effect of his medication. Normally, I am very tolerant of it, but tonight it was getting on my nerves.

So I log on and head to the swamps west of Keren in search of stalkers. I find six spawns, one right after another. Talk about luck. My 43'd Swamp Stalker (since my hunt began) is a baby. I take my usual precautions and start to tame, but even with my BE clothing he is hesitant. He also keeps running out of range.Next, he begins attackng a nearby nest of Hermit Spiders. I quickly take them out as they don't do enough damage to hurt him much.

I begin to tame again and this time he bites me. I try to peace, but before I know it he's dead. With all the screaming of my cat, I forgot to equip my stone knife. My heart sank. I couldn't believe I was so careless.The perfect end to a perfect day. I was so upset. I continued my search finding only one more lair sans babies. My shall continue tomorrow.

However,despite it all, I still love my Boo kitty. After 15 years with him, I can't stay mad for long.

I have gone through 3 Mire Marauder spawns (12individuals) and not yet seen a baby. This is by no means definitive, and my search will continue.
