I have been Trandoshan since beta, so am aware of the Dosh language for those of us born on the planet Dosha.

In the dialect of my small clan it is enough to call ourselves T'Doshok, meaning we are "The People" and the language we speak is indeed "Dosh", but as other species do not have the same grasp of our tongue - nor indeed anything that is like our reptilian tongue! - we have learnt to simplify and accept. Hence I refer to myself and others of my species as "Dosh" and although inacurate, it appears to be easier for other races to pronounce.

Nothing new was brought up at the meeting that hasn't already been covered here on the forums. We are all in agreement that this item is based on the cube though still have small glimmer of hope there is some undiscovered quest out there that has this item.

I just checked trade forums tonight and checked multiple servers to see if anyone was trying to sell or give a price check for this item.So farnot one post and would encourage you fellow ch to monitor trade forums in case someone makes/loots and tries to sell. I am thinking of putting a 5 mil bounty on anyone who successfully crafts this item and gives it to me with the recipe.

I think i remember hearing somewhere that not every combination of glowy items will generate an item, if this is true then it is very very possible that there is absolutely NO system or logic to the cube, and that they could have randomly chosen which items make what. However if every combination (or most combinations) produce the same item every time then there almost HAS to be some system or logic to it even it its not one that is directly visible to the players. The system could be only directly visible by viewing the games source code.

I am having my BEAST meeting in about an hour and the main topic is going to be the necklace. No one has acquired it yet but we are going to discuss ideas of how to make it.

Actually I think I have found where the CH necklace was supposed to go and obviously has not been implemented. The quest originates from examineing tanray meat in the mensix fascilities cantina. The quest is as follows go kill 20 tanray. Its harder then it sounds.

You finally wipe out your 20th tanray and the quest reward is truely phat 7000 credits I almost doubled over when I saw this what your kidding right arent these quests supposed to lead to another quest where you can get a real reward. Needless to say this is the only quest where I did not get rewarded. So my theory is this is where the ch quest was supposed to be. Either the quest is woefully broken or the devs decided to rip out the CH necklace all together.

Here is my theory for this as of now.

Come tuesday all players are going to find a nice reward in their backpacks a tradeable ch necklace aint that loverly. Notice I said all we probabally bought this expansion for nothing, or CH will just get the ability patched in once again no mustafar requirement.

I think alot of people are placeing their hopes in it being a chondar item hopefully not otherwise it may take forever for someone to loot the proper glowy to make one. I pray its not in this damned box.

Many quests just give you credits

Wookiees and Ithorians cannot wear the Miner's Medallion! The name states it is a medallion but the existing art for a necklace was used therefore Wooks and Ithorians cannot equip this item. Major foul-up there.

Same thing for the new Jedi cloaks. Wooks and Ithorians left out again. Heck take the wookiee smock and use that to make a new Jedi cloak for wooks. Something could also be done for Ithorians also!

In another thread TH has confirmed that the Master Taming Necklace is not wearable by Wooks and Ithorians also. The thing is Wookiees have a speciaes ability that adds to CH. Now we cannot use this new Master Taming Necklace because it was made using pre-existing art that wooks and ithorians are restricted from? Who had their head up their arse when that decision was made?

Take one of the Master Pilot Medals that wooks and Ithorians can wear and use that for both the Miner's Medallion and the Master Taming Necklace for pete's sake. Don't you people think things through before you implement anything? Oh wait I forgot I was talking about SOE here, they only think about friggin profits.

Yea Doombringer is supposed to be at the end of this series of quest.

I am at the droid factory section of the quest. My group got killed here the other night by super battle droids that set us all on fire lol. The quest at this point also has a 3 person door unlocking mechanism as a puzzle of sorts.

It is actually a fun place. The fighting was intense for a while but we pretty much cruised through it with an occasional death. Up untill the SBD that is. We will figure out a tactic soon and pass beyond. Even the Beetle cave leading up to this seemed hard the first time. I hear it is alot harder after this area and the lockout timer is 20hrs if you fail.

Hopefully I can get past this later tonight if I can put a group together simular to the one the other night.

So to start this do the foremans quest;

restock miners, crash site, beeetle cave, old research facility (get history lesson part 1 also do both at same time), droid factory.

Jedi are not needed but as helpful as any elite profession.

My Advice;

At least 2 people who can rez. MCMand MDoc.

At least1 person who can root. I think this is what will get us past the SBD with flamgeuns. Make sure group members understand what a root is and do notattack the rooted enemies or it will free them. Many people have no clue what root is don't assume they do.

At least2 tanks, either swordsman or jedi tanks will be fine.

Last but not least but most importantly a SQUADLEADER. They got probably the best upgrade that anyone in this game has ever recieved. They can increase the groups armor rating, paint targets to slice through the bad guys and increase regeneration rates on mind and action. Get one who knows how to use his skills. Trust me it will make a huge difference.

The last profession doesn't matter maybe a MBH or rifleman for some muscle. Mind you people will have 2 elite professions and fill 2 roles for example MDoc/Mswordsman.

I used my MCH/MBH toon and my pets functioned admirably "ungrouped" since we had some big damage dealers the pets didnt really hold agro but added to damage output and at times distracted an enemy to keep healers safe. I would set the pet to guard a healer if the healer isnt very defense worthy.

This was my first time doing this series of quest and we got pretty far into this. It is hard yes but not impossible. The biggest problem will be finding a group that will "want" to work together. standing infront of the Mining station and spamming "group forming" is a recipe for disaster. Find people you know and can trust.

I am a solo person by nature but have a few friends who asked me to join up originally. they brough a few people also and we performed very well. We had 2 jedi, "one was really bad in combat", a swordman/doctor, a mcm/pistol, mbh, mbh/mch, squadleader, rifleman. this is roughly the group template we had its hard to be 100% acurate.

Will pass the Doombringer quest on to fellow BEAST members and will attempt to confirm this with my CH community BEAST.

Does anyone know where to find the Doombringer or is apart of a quest?

been looking for that info all morning, from what I can find out its near the end of the droid factory quests that start with the forman in the SP. doombringer spawns in an instanced part of this quest that has a lockout timer if you die so you cant go back to finish. about the only other info i've found is that this quest makes the DWB seem like the newbie quests... in some opinions anyway, I personally hope that this loot drop thing pertains to any boss mob on mustafar cause a CH group has little chance from what I can gather....
