I would have to go with Any of the flying mounts or any of the larger cats.

Someone said that only a few of us would be able to use them, i.e. CH's. Easy way around that, just make the creature that they make as a mount to be enginerable (is that a word? probably not, see tag line) by BE's, there problem solved.

I just would love to see my Bothan on Shadowfire come riding in firing away his carbine on top of a GSP or my human on Intrepid come flying in on a Glimmering Lantern Bird. And shouldn't be a problem with flying mounts, use same concept as the jet pack when flying.

some of the most likely conversions (this is due to their levels, docile natures, and most importantly their 3D wireframes. For those confused, each thing you see in the game is a 3D animated object and must be built and animated which is a long difficult process. These pets here are the exact wireframe clones of already mountable creatures. Therefore their conversion to moutnable would be terribly easy.)

These creatures are of such a unique shape that although they are concievably mountable they would require some creative changes to the wireframes, animationsand textures involved in the saddles. These changes are not likely to ever be made. I do not even think they have the type of 3D model designers on payroll anymore. Nor do I see them contracting them to make these changes. (you know I had to sneak in a jab at the devs while I was here posting)

Any cats you would think you could mount would fit into this catagory. Not only are most of them far too small to be mounted, the ones that are not are of such a minor useage level in the game that it is foolish to think they would use the manpower or money needed to achieve such a thing.

Now I am sorry that none of these fly or have magical attack powers but they are realistic. Realistic requests have a chance of being given their due attention. Screaming to be able to mount a Rancor will get us nothing but laughed at.

just because we express what we want doesnt mean they have to do it. i put down 2 easy ones for them to create as mounts (gualama and tybis) and 2 hard ones (large cats and kimogilla). im allowed to say what i believe would make the game better. of course they have a choice to choose which they want to do, they are the ones creating it after all. But im not going to say oh i want to ride a kwi or whatever just because its easier for them to do. i dont want to ride a kwi i want to ride the above mentioned.

Of all the critters that would make cool mounts -- ravenous tortons or fambaas as walking battle/Shield Generator platforms... mountable cats... grondas or thunes... lantern birds... gualamas... or the ronto/sharnaff/piket types... I'd say that of all the possibilities, I'd have to go with a Giant Peko Peko, so long as I can still shoot my lightning cannon while riding. That would be just too cool for eye candy to pass up. A close second would be an Enraged Reptilian Flyer, for the purely evil look, and a mantigrue screecher in third for practical toughness.

Okay they are working on the Exp. now...I am sure that they have 3D artists because they are adding new creatures. Don't be a Kill joy....if they see that we really want it, they might do it.

The new ROTW mount I think is that new Banthathe Dev mentioned in the stratics chat.

Rancor

Any cat large enough to look cool.....like Battle Cat from the Old HE-MAN series (armor of course )

Any Cool horse like creature, Tybis or the Guata

The Fambba or Torton

Flying would be cool!!!

I'd probably go with Greater Gulginaws myself. But I can see strong arguments for a lot of the suggestions in this thread.
